After checking the Reviews on Trustpilot i ordered 2 x 10pk XL boxes and 1 x Large bag Loose Fill (Peanuts) and they delivered very quickly within a few days, No issues with the order, the boxes are perfect for what i needed, i ordered a lot of XL's on Amazon and they were good but these ones from Macfarlane were exactly the size i needed for some odd sized storage units. The bag of loose fill was Huge i thought but its almost all used up so am glad i got such a big bag of it.
The boxes arrived flat packed with No Damage.

I had placed an order for some office supplies, and one of the products we received was wrong. Gabrielle was very helpful in rectifying this issue quickly, and she was lovely to deal with as well.

Kayleigh was incredibly helpful throughout the transaction. There were a few things that needed to be clarified about my order and its shipment and Kayleigh rang me every day providing me with updates and helpful information to ensure we were in the loop.

I must say over the years, Agi, Sam, Jamie, Fran, Crystal went over and beyond to help us with all kinds of problems when it comes to getting packaging supplies. We always knew what was happening when there were shortages during the pandemic and Brexit, I must say we have managed to overcome everything together, especially when it came to order spikes and busy periods when packaging had to be delivered the next day. You will hardly find a better packaging supplier. Guys you are the best and I am glad I can finally thank you for the effort you have put into dealing with us over the years. I assure you when times were tough we kept going thanks to you and the hard work you did to keep essential services running. It would be so easy to do what we do if everybody else performed at the same level and all we wish is for everything to stay the same as before, Jeff from Dowra foods and Carlow Super Store.

I would like to say a big thank-you to Kayleigh Spooner for assisting us in getting a resolution on a short delivery we received this week. The carrier failed to deliver all of the items on the dispatched order and she has gone out of her way to keep me informed throughout the process of trying to find the missing goods and the next steps to get us the items we are waiting for.

Really impressed with our experience, very professional. There was an unexpected lead time delay with boxes we ordered that we needed for a pending event.
When we informed Samantha of the timescale issue she quickly came up with a solution that worked to have an alternative on time.
Communication was also very strong which is so important (ie) Samantha called when she said she would call. Solution focused firm.

I've been using Macfarlane Packaging for several years now. Price quality is very good and I like that they focus on the most useful range of packaging products needed and they do it well. Importantly their customer service is very helpful and professional and they’ll go the extra mile if needed. So important nowadays. Daniel Evans did a super job in two recent orders where I needed a delivery rescheduled urgently due to change in travel plans and also in another occasion when boxes different that I had ordered were delivered. It was all sorted quickly and without delay. Thank you!
