The golf travel bag arrived on time for my golf holiday. Unfortunately there was a faulty zip on one of the lower smaller pockets, which I managed to fix with a needle and thread. A bit easier than sending it back! The bag apart from that slight flaw was good.

New golf bag
I ordered a new golf bag and it was despatched very quickly. I got an email soon after saying that delivery by DPD would be made the next day. I waited in all day and nothing arrived. I emailed MacGregor about it and didn’t get a response. Around lunchtime the following day I emailed MacGregor again and said that if they couldn’t give me a new delivery date then I would claim a PayPal refund. I got an immediate response saying that delivery would be that day. It eventually arrived at 9.10 in the evening.

I bought the V-foil Speed
I bought the V-foil Speed, 3 wood , 5 wood and hybrid 4 all brand new and never used, tried them on the golf range and only hit 3 balls with the 3 wood and the head flew off on the range and were i got them from would not replace it without contacting Macgregor,( no dout Macgregor will give them free stuff and not pass it onto the customer) i have lost confidence in the 5 wood and 4 hybrid just incase the same thing happens , i would not buy anthing with the Macgregor name now because i have lost all faith in them

McGregor Mac Light golf bag.
McGregor Mac Light golf bag.
On 3 March 22 I bought this bag from the The Sports Depot for £64.99. Already after circa 30 rounds the Air Mesh Fabric that divides the club's has worn and my shafts are rubbing against the hard plastic compound. This effectively makes the product unusable already. My previous Callaway pencil bag lasted circa 18 months before the same issue. I strongly recommend you do not consider this Macgregor product.
Very poor quality and not worthy of a purchase.

The problem you have with the bag is not something we have come across previously.
We would recommend contacting the retailer which you purchased the bag from and they should be able to replace under the 12 month manufacturers guarantee.

Poor quality travel bag
Bought a travel bag from the website. Chose the VIP one thinking it would be really good quality Very disappointed with the travel bag 👇. Only lasted one trip one way. Have had to buy another in resort. Very poor quality. No response from McGregor Golf 🤦🏽♂️.
