I was so pleased with my waterproof…
I was so pleased with my waterproof golf bag until last week. Bought 2 years ago but didn't get used in Winter due to not playing. Just when I needed the waterproof element the long zip broke and came away from the side of the bag, making it useless in the rain. guarantee only for 12 months!!

MacGregor DCT3000 golf set -
Purchased DCT3000 golf set in May 2022. 3 clubs broken. The clubs were replaced, but MacGregor is refusing to look into the problem, to see whether there is a fault in the product. They mentioned that they only can replace the current club problem and will look into the issue when another problem arises....which will be after the warranty period. This will mean....no support, no replacement. Extremely disappointed by this company and that customer satisfaction is not a priority.
My recommendation... do not buy this product.
