Service was quick and reliable

I only ordered a Tartan sample, but it was a good size, packaged beautifully and arrived fairly quickly. I couldn’t ask for more.

MacGregor and MacDuff have been very helpful when we visited for the fitting of my son’s wedding. The staff are very friendly and have a vast knowledge of the garment's in the shop.
Called the shop to order another outfit for another wedding and once again vey helpful.
The quality of the outfits are superb.

Purchased a full kilt outfit from the Yoker branch and the service and product were impeccable! Every step was a breeze, from measurements to fitting, even allowing me to take parts to use with hire kilts while mine was made. Cannot fault them and will always return when I need something

I ordered a kilt pin as a present for my brother in law and managed to mess up the delivery address, entirely my fault, so I rang on the off chance the order could be amended and the team were brilliant. The pin was delivered early the next morning, beautifully packed and even more lovely in real life. A very happy gift recipient and very happy customer! Thank you so much.

The service at your store in Glasgow was impeccable and the shipping was quick as well. However the packaging was not sufficient and the single thin box was torn open on arrival with the kilt partially out of the box. Fortunately the kilt was undamaged. Thanks for the great kilt!

Great service, I was able to get the tartan and accompanying items without any trouble and when an item didn't fit correctly, the replacement was sent out the next day. Great customer service and I shall be sure to use MacGregor and MacDuff again for future events

What an amazing experience hiring a kilt from MacGregor and MacDuff. We had to travel from Texas to Scotland for a wedding. As the officiant, I needed something formal for the occasion. The tuxedos available for rental were not very exciting; the choices were very limited, not to mention the hassle of having to transport it with us while we traveled.

Hiring the kilt made it so much easier, and I was so much more handsome in it! Their website was very easy to navigate and informative. The online measurement was a breeze. I picked up the kilt at the main city center store in Glasgow. The fitting there was very easy, and they were super helpful, showing me how to dress and wear the kilt, and then they had a courier pick it up the day after our event.

All of the people I worked with were super nice and helpful. The whole experience was a breeze, and I thought the price was a bargain considering the level of service and the quality of the product. I received a lot of compliments at the wedding and was very pleased with the whole experience.
