I was with my money doing nothing in the bank for many years. I was looking for other options to generate some income from my money. support team was very friendly and reactive
The support team was very friendly, reactive and answered my questions via email in less than 24 hours. I had a problem with my KYC when I wanted to invest in 8lends. I 1st contacted the maclear support team, they then gave me the email for the 8lends support team since I couldn’t find the email adress on the webpage.
In the end they managed to set everything right and I could start my investments.

Impossible to enter by mobile
It nearly impossible to enter the site when using a mobile phone.
This forces me to use the computer instead.
Using mobile phone, once I enter the email and the password the web system stays processing forever.
Sometimes It allows me to the next level and ask me for the pin code sent to my email. While getting the code, I change for a second window and once I'm back, your web doesn't let me to enter the code (because I was 15s out of this window).
Once on your website, everything is ok.
