I've used Macrium Reflect for many years and it's got me out of trouble several times, so I wouldn't be without it. In my view, backups are the most important thing you can do and Macrium Reflect performs this task admirably. I had 4 perpetual licences, which I've now traded in for the 50% annual licences, so I'll always have the latest version and support in case I need it.

After all these years, and considering all the other backup software I have used throughout that time, Macrium's Reflect (and now ReflectX) are always the backups that are easiest to set for backup, for restore, and for Virtual Drive mounting. Just "Great!"

Received excellent assistance in setting up the software. It does everything I want it to ... full and incremental backups with e-mail notifications.

I'm an old retired guy whose hobby is playing with PC's. I constantly dink with NUC's, homebrews, Windows, Linux and always blowing something up. I'm using your old "free" version and you guys have saved me so many times I just had to give you something for how well you treat me. I haven't loaded your home version, likely never will but just thanks a whole bunch!

When it comes to sophisticated backup software I must admit that I am a novis. A few months ago I needed to restore a file or folder that got lost somehow and it was a relatively simple operation. Then, the recent upgrade to Reflect X was so smooth that I didn't notice any hiccups as I continued on with my everyday tasks. All in all a very good product, even if I don't comprehend all of it's functions.

There support are really bad, instead of solving the problem, they cancel the license and repay money.

I was upgrading from Marcium 8 perpetual license. It have they cancelled also. If they now are cancelling the upgrade they should reactivate my old one but have not done that so far.

If I could give them negative points for these I should do that.

So are not a serious company acting.

I'm very happy about Macrium's performance, it never failed, however I find your subscription yearly fees too steep. Now having relinquished my V8.1 license against a 50% discount for the yearly fee, it is reasonable. New Customers will have to put up a great deal of money though, your problem not mine.

Bought this software for cloning my M.2 drives to increase storage. Does a great job of this. Easy and efficient, even a novice like me can do it.

Had a free version that I was using for years. Then about a year ago started charging about $25.00. Then at renewal they wanted $50.00 for a simple back up app that many companies don't even charge anything for. Corporate Greed!

Fast upgrade to the new release is flawless.

No problems encountered in W10 and W11.

The backup procedure is much faster than in the old version.

Steep learning curve but once accomplished, it's a magnificent program. I especially like adding Macrium to the boot menu. I highly recommend it.

Bulletproof software. As a chronic multi-OS tinkerer it has saved my butt dozens if not hundreds of times.
Only flaw? Please, please, please make a Linux version.

Over the years I notice that Macrium issues fairly regular updates. I have the impression that Macrium is more attentive than other backup companies to the fine tuning of it's software in order to achieve and to maintain maximum usability and reliability.

In the upgrade to Reflect X, Backup Definition creation provides for more flexibilty to exclude unnecessary files/folders and sectors sources from backups. The smaller volume of backup sources, combined with the more efficient compression result in significantly faster backups. In my case my backups are now nearly half the time duration of my previous backups.

Impressive upgrade!

So easy to use: extremely intuitive. Most importantly, one touch back up and restore, which I’ve had to do since many of the recent MS Windows updates caused no shortage of headaches and reverting back know good state was a breeze.

It works great for cloning system disk on a Raspberry Pi 5 running Windows Pro 11 arm64 version.
