Never received my food and still not heard anything back

The meals arrived later than expected, and to my dismay, the portions were much smaller than advertised. The taste was bland, and some meals were overly dry, making them hard to eat. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and service..............

what I got was bland, soggy, and completely unappetizing. Some meals arrived partially thawed, which made me worry about food safety. The website made it sound amazing, but it’s a complete scam. Stay away!

Due diligence check at Company House - UK Macro Meals Limited accounts are well overdue and there was an active proposal to strike off the company voluntarily and it may be dissolved. However that motion was suspended in October 2023 when an objection was raised. The current state is unknown but recent posts suggest that the company isn't functioning, yet, at the time of writing, their website is live. In the circumstances I personally wouldn't place an order with this company.

SCAM! They have taken my money and no delivery since then. All social and websites have been deleted. How do we get our money back?

As per many others, we have been subject to fraud with macro meals taking our money and not delivering our items. They are not responding on customer service and we are still waiting on a refund. There’s been no communication about what has happened so only option is to report. A huge shame as the meals were great but they’ve always had terrible customer service and should be allowed to run as a business.

Always been my go to but looks like they have struggled lately and decided to run an exit scam. Myself along with many others who ordered towards the end of May and start of June have not had our food delivered. Meanwhile, emails have been ignored, phone numbers shut off and social media pages banning messages. What a shame. Now having to claim my money back for the last transaction through my bank.

Been using for ages, took payment on 31st may. Food never turned up, website is under construction and phones off. I think they have closed down and taken our money

The food is great and I’ve had no issues for months however my last delivery which was paid for over a week ago never arrived on 2nd June and I’ve had no tracking info or engagement from Macro Meals.

4 days of trying (Thursday - Sunday) to contact them so far via all forms of advertised methods including 2 numbers for WhatsApp Chat, attempts to call 2 contact numbers, multiple emails to different contacts, messages on all social media platforms and I’ve had no response addressing my issue.

The first response received was to a message I added to a LinkedIn post where I was provided with another email address, though I assume the reply was only to appear to look reactive to other potential customers/LinkedIn users as no response was provided to my email.

My issue is yet to be resolved though Macromeals are clearly aware of it and potential other issues as the website is down for maintenance.

Unsure why a company who offer delivery’s on certain days would have no customer service support in place on or after these days in the event customers have issues.

Didn’t want to leave a poor review given the standard of food is great, however the level of customer service is unacceptable.

Great meals, taste fresh and delicious! So good when on the move and very busy. Perfect for me as a pro athlete and needing to get all my nutrients in on a busy schedule.

Top quality food - keeps me on track

Macro Meals are outstanding. Consistently the highest quality, and service is never anything else other than brilliant. I am now a regular customer and would recommend them to anyone, from specific diet needs to grabbing something quick.

I'm deeply saddened to write this one-star review for MacroMeals UK, as I genuinely wanted to enjoy their services. However, after giving them a fair shot, I must say I'm utterly disappointed. I ordered a total of 20 meals, and not a single one met my expectations.

Firstly, the meal trays have noticeably shrunk in size. On top of that, several of the trays arrived damaged, indicating a lack of care during the transit process. The food itself was far from satisfying. One notable example is the meatball and pasta meal, which contained a meager three meatballs and a mere tablespoon of sauce. This is simply unacceptable.

I understand that costs might be rising, but compromising the quality of meals is not the solution. If necessary, I would have gladly accepted a price increase to maintain the quality I initially expected.

Even the meals that were once enjoyable, such as the fluffy potatoes, were ruined by being served as dried-out, half-burned new potatoes. To say I'm gutted is an understatement.

As a last resort, I tried reaching out to MacroMeals UK's customer service on two separate occasions. Sadly, I received no response whatsoever. Due to this lack of communication and the overall disappointing experience, I've decided to cancel my subscription and won't be recommending MacroMeals UK to anyone in the future.

Excellent customer service! The courier misrouted my delivery, so it wasn’t going to be delivered next day (which is no good on a fresh food delivery). I emailed the team and Jamie replied quickly to advise they would send replacements. They arrived today with no problems, meals are lovely. I will be ordering again soon 🙂

I recently ordered meal prep from Macromeals UK and I am very happy with their service. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was straightforward. They have a good selection of meal options catering to different dietary requirements.

The meals were delivered on time and were packed carefully in a chilled box. The quality of the food was excellent and the portions were generous. I needed a reliable meal prep company as I was struggling for time but wanted to eat healthily. I have since used Macro Meals several times and I must say that I cannot fault them. I don't usually write Trustpilot reviews but their meals always arrive on time are consistently high quality and full of flavour.

Delicious and nutritious food, always tastes fresh and not a meal so far I haven’t loved!

It’s a huge challenge finding the time to prepare healthy food when running a business. I was in the gym early then slipping into poor eating habits during the day so trying to make any positive changes to my weight or strength was becoming impossible. Fortunately after trying many food prep companies I found Macro Meals which for me really hit the spot and was a huge game changer. The macro balanced meals are always delivered on time and super fresh. It’s been three months now and my training has greatly improved, I’ve lost unwanted weight built muscle and feeling full of energy throughout the day. Plus no more random snacking! Marco Meals have made a huge difference to my lifestyle and I would urge anyone to check them out if they are looking for a way to feel healthy and fit. 10 out of 10!

It was Ideal for a busy life where you want to eat well while working towards a fitness goal. Meals were delicious and convenient. They made my diet more consistent, while also saving me money on buying expensive last minute meals on route to work. Would recommend to anyone interested in fitness to help make meal prep easy!
