Really easy and helpful. No problems at all. Very good pricing on items better than other companies. I would 1000% use macys tech again. If you do use them they do ask for a picture of your I'd and Proof Of Purchase

Once my iPhone 15 was inspected, I received an email asking to confirm ID, and receipt of purchase, Which is very good, knowing that some people have stolen them and sell them to get the money. Once I confirmed this the payment was sent not long after.

Was very simple process, payment was made to me promptly after iohone 15 was inspected and providing my proof of ID, all done same day as it was received.

They sent me box next day with free postage tracked delivery to post my iPhone to them They got my phone next day they inspected as soon as it arrived & payed me out like 10 minutes later I couldn’t believe how quick the process is. I sent in my device using the free Tracked 24 label. I was told quickly and courteously that the phone had passed inspection. I provided ID to verify my bank account and payment was made almost immediately. I’m really impressed by how efficient and pleasant these guys are - I would highly recommend!

Great company easy communication and great phone

Bought an iphone 15 from Macys tech via eBay just before Christmas. The phone arrived very promptly without any problems. Would certainly deal with them again.
