This is by far the best phone company to sell your phone on. I have used several over the years the big ones and they all chip you on the price and never have any intention of paying what they state on line!! However Macy’s were fantastic. I got an email at 10 am on Monday morning, by 10.30 it had been checked and processed. They then asked for me to email my driving licence over which I did and by 11.15 am the money was in my account!! I then got a call to make sure I received it!! The service is second to none!! So use this company !!! I won’t ever use any one else again!! Great work for Macy’s !!!

I absolutely recommend! They have been brilliant from start to finish. I sent my phone off yesterday and they have already made the payment. They paid exactly what they quoted. They sent an email telling me my phone had past their inspection, I just needed to provide them with ID to verify who I was and they paid the money in my bank within minutes of me providing it.
