The products are great (design and quality), but the service is worse than non-existing. I contacted the costumer service on December 1rst, got a response with a nitty question even though I had only asked for a return label, replied within day - and heart back last week - 3 months later!!! I obviously did not believe anything was coming back anymore after also having investigated 3 more times and made the payment, unwrapped the products, just days before the return label along with the customer service response finally came.

The products are generally beautiful, until now I just had a bad experience with two bathroom products –they landed in the garbage after only 3 months of usage. But what bothers me the most is that many products are made in China and I never found this information on the website. Why not made in Europe? Honestly, I would prefer to spend more money and buy something made in Europe. So I guess I'll have to stop buying in MADE. What a shame....

Horrible customer support. I ordered a few items in july 2021, which all got postponed several times, but one did not even get delivered to date! And no update on the customer account. The last update available is that the product will arrive on the 11.02.2022. Did not happen and I did not get any communication either.
I wrote an email, no reply.
I wrote on WhatsApp, no reply.
I wrote on Facebook ,they told me to wait another 2 months..or cancel the order. The new delivery date is not even updated in the customer account on their website. I wonder is i will even get it in april as they said.
I don't want to cancel the order. I want my product, as i payed for it and at the date it was promised. A few delays here an there i can understand, but this unprofessional behavior goes way beyond any logistic issue caused by covid.

I am very happy with the quality of the mirror. It is a very nice sleek mirror that easily goes with any style. Although, the delivery took some time, it was well worth the wait. Highly recommend.

I have been waiting for more than a month for my sofa, they don't say anything, there is no one to ask, the tracking number is no help either. It's "ok" that for some reason they can't meet the date, but why not keep the customer informed of what's going on with the order? it's the least that is expected!
There is no customer service, there is no phone where you can call, they don't answer emails or WhatsApp messages. It's really annoying not knowing what's going on. It's no use that they have good products and/or good prices. I won't recommend MADE and I won't buy there again, I just hope I didn't lose my money.

Ordered a dining table, broken during transport, and only took them two weeks to inform me.

Ordered two bed side tables, waited for 2 months, and finally received an office chair?!?
UPDATE:
Turned out the table I order was actually OUT OF STOCK, and it only took them TWO MONTHS!!!! to inform me. So naturally I asked for a refund, but they won't refund me until I sent the wrong delivery back! So now I have to waste my time at home waiting for the post to pick up the wrong delivery, which the first time did not come at all, and the second time was a day late. Finally after the post picked up the package, I contacted MADE customer service for once and for all to ask for my refund, and NO RESPONSE.
I'm an interior architect myself, and I understand that all companies in the industry are dealing with tough logistics at the moment. But for all those who wants to save yourself from some pain, there are so many other good brands who has great design to offer and actually do care about their customers.

What kind of company does not contact with client who wants to return goods ever??????? Crapy one.... And when complained about it, my opinion has been removed! I have contacted multiple times....I got reassurance they will contact...nothing! Have order from 2.02., today its 25.02...nobody returned to me!

Great selection of products.
expected delivery on placing order is false and delivery time is too long
your website is also frustrating, when you select am item and revert back ,
its does not take you back to where you were had been browsing. it takes you back to the start !
Also transport was included and apid for, in my purchase, Rhenus delivered and i had to pay them another 30 euros ???

Dramatic customer service.
Today we received our table on which we waited 3-4 months? Legs of table has been broken, not a scratch or something small, it was really broken, so we wanted to repot it: first of all: you can‘t call them. You have send an email or write on chat. After 1 hour of waiting and partially discussion we have been kicked out from chat, so we had to connect again. And again we wait very long time to connect with someone. Via phone you could solve this topic in 10 minutes and not 1.5 hour in total.
Now we have to wait additional 6 weeks for new table. Really no further comment

I’ve been trying to contact the customer service for one week but no answer, no information on the shipping date of my items (order of 3000CHF).
Silence is not a good way to communicate, if you have delays, you must inform the customer and should not ignore them.
I’ve seen that Made is faster at answering bad notes on Trustpilot as answering customers on private, that’s why i’m now publishing here.

I have ordered a set of furniture on the 15th of November (coffee table and TV lowboard) with estimated shipping date in 2-3 weeks.
After around 2 weeks of delay I received a coffee table - all good, I'm very happy with my purchase. HOWEVER, second item (TV lowboard) was delay for another month (shipping date 24th of Jan). I am not able to get any update about my order until today- 17th of Feb, Ive sent 3 emails, tried to text with the CS on whatsapp. The only information I got was that they are facing delays and eventually they can offer a 40EUR refund because of my long waiting or my order's cancellation. Ofc, I received no response on my message as I don't want any extra refunds, I just want my TV moebel that matches with a coffee table!
As mentioned, shipping date was planned in 2-3 weeks. I have paid the regular price for both items, in the meantime made.com organised few sales and the shipping date raised up to 8-10 weeks. At the moment I'm waiting 16! weeks with no further shipping information about my TV lowboard.
If I receive no information until the end of this month, I will report your shop to my bank as this looks rather like a scam than a furniture online shop with 2million of subscribers.
