Chemical smell is too toxic

Very good quality furniture, but the chemical smell coming out of 'Silas Breite Kommode' is way too toxic.

Bad customer service ever. Price too high for such a bad service!

I have ordered two times;
- 1st lamp arrived after 8weeks. Ok.

- 2nd order arrived after 5 weeks. But one of the lights was damaged. I tried to get in contact with the customer service several time, via email, whatsapp. Now after two months i did not receive any feedback so far. I dont know whether to return or not or they can send me another light. Never experienced such a bad customer service before. I have the feeling they are ignoring as they can not replace and dont want that i return it. I can not imaging that the workload is soo high to not answer almost 2 months…!!!!!!!! This was the last time i ordered there and would not recommend to anyone else.

Amazing shop

It arrived 1 week before the expected date. The dinner table is well made easy to build, website extremely organized, even video tutorial is available. Van only recommend

Product are delivered with defects

Product are delivered with defects. In my case completely broken (a buy over 700 €).

Consumers support is terrible. No one reacts to the by the company offered WhatsApp and it takes about 45 minutes to reach someone in the Consumers chat function - where no-one could tell me when they would pick-up the broken product they deliver. The best answer was : "the expedition will contact you this week"... it was Monday, but no-one cares.

After 3 hours of a frustrating back-and-forward about who is responsible for removing the garbage (sorry ... but broken furniture is garbage) in my apartment, no real progress was made.

The service personal insisted they couldn't anything was and refused to give me some one who could.

I had to inform my willingness to even sue the company.

I finally was contacted by the expedition, who will take at least 3 additional days to remove the broken furniture.

In the meantime, I have to live with a piece of broken garbage and smelly boxes in my apartment. Worse shoping experience ever.

Btw: my review from yesterday disappeared. It is not surprising MADE has such nice reviews, when critical ones are removed.

The worst shopping online ever.

The worst shopping online ever! We have been waiting 5 (FIVE !!) months for the delivery (and we still are...), a promised credit note never reached my account, and customer service only apologises without resolving the issue. Never again.

I ordered a plant pot set together with…

I ordered a plant pot set together with another item with voucher 5 months ago. Now, after 5 months of waiting they just cancelled the order without any explaining! From the beginning it said the delivery will be done 2 months later. I accepted. After 2 months, it said another month, and then another month. Of course they had to took the amount from the voucher although I used it together with another item and waited 5 months! I feel so stupid and totally trapped! Worst service and worst CS communication. Never gonna use it again.

Ordered a sofa on 19.12

Ordered a sofa on 19.12
To be delivered at the beginning of January. It hasn’t come - keep getting emails saying it is delayed. It was supposed to be dispatched today …. Log-in to Made.com - now it will not be dispatched until 18.02. two months wait for a sofa that says ‚available‘ on their website. They don’t reply to contact. I want a REFUND!!!!!

I ordered bed sheets from made.com

I ordered bed sheets from made.com. Unfortunately, the color on the website was not representative of the color in real life. Naturally, I wanted to return the bed sheets and sent an email. As I never got a response, I went to contact them on whatsapp. They told me that sending back the product would cost 17 euros. As there are no stores or show rooms, it isn't possible to check out the product and it's colors beforehand. I wouldn't order here again as there is no possibility to check out the product, the colors online do not represent the colors in real life and sending back packages is very pricy.

Not possible to return purchased product

They are writing on their website that you can return purchased products within 14 days since delivery.
Please can you explain how the customers can do that if they are not answering on their emails?
In automatic emails they are saying that they are busy. If that is the case why they don't hire more staff and have a proper customer service.
We have delivered mirror that is such a poor quality (it's not glued properly and it's dangerous to hang it on the wall) and it's already waiting since 07.01.2022. on their answer (27 days passed).
I'm wondering if we will even manage to return it and get our money back.
If you are happy with quality then all good and as soon as you need to deal with customer service they just don't know to respond.

Update: We have tomorrow organized pick up of the mirror after we managed somehow to reach customer service. Provided order number was the same.

Delivery delayed by weeks for all purchased products.

All products purchased were delayed by weeks, even though it had already a very long lead-time by the purchase moment or claimed to be available for express delivery. Not reliable, my guests could not sleep in my new home due to 4 weeks delay on top of the 8-10 weeks estimated delivery time of my purchased guest sofa bed.

Belated delivery/ wrong parts were sent

Delivery took way longer than communicated, wrong parts for my new bed were sent, customer service is horrible (no phone contact availiable, no spare customer service via chat). Can't recommend made.com at all, will not buy another product.
