My order arrived neatly folded and everything looked fresh straight out of the parcel. I especially liked the cardigan because it feels soft without being too heavy. Delivery could have been a little quicker but I was happy with the clothing itself.

I appreciated how simple the website was to use especially the size information. Checkout was quick and the parcel arrived within the estimated time. The clothes felt well made and nothing looked cheap or poorly finished.

I ordered a blouse for work and it has quickly become one of my favourites. It looks smart without feeling stiff and I can comfortably wear it for the whole day. It also washed well and didn’t lose its shape.

Item came as described, communication when required was fast and helpful.

I bought a few everyday basics and was pleasantly surprised by how well they fit together. The colours are easy to mix with things I already own which makes getting dressed much simpler. I’ll probably order the trousers in another shade.

Lovely dress. Company quick to respond.

The dress I ordered was 5 inches smaller than across the bust than stated on the website, making a loose fitting, comfortable dress very tight! The dress was not very well made, the slight gathering under the bust was very uneven and looked shoddy.
I'm currently trying to get a full refund. I first emailed on 8th July and as requested sent numerous photos, including with a tape measure across the bust to prove it was 5 inches smaller than it should be. After the initial replies back and forth (4 emails) I was told my concern had been escalated to the quality team.
I'm still waiting to hear, it's now 23rd July!

I loved the dress from the image. The delivery unfolded just as the notifications said. The dress fits like a glove and is just as the image. Not a jot of disappointment.

So looked forward to my order, and thrilled with it when it arrived

The made by Jessica site was easy to browse and easy to find what I was looking for. The dress I ordered was exactly as the photo. The style and colour as well.

I was impressed with how easy it was to order and track the order and with the quality of the dress I ordered.

The dress looked even nicer in person than it did online. The fabric had a lovely flow to it and didn’t crease badly after sitting down for a few hours. I wore it to lunch with friends and received several compliments.

I absolutely love the beautiful dress I ordered. The quality is amazing, the fit is perfect, and it’s even more stunning in person. You can really see the care and attention to detail that went into making it. I’m so happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!

Scammers. If I could give -zero star, it would be more than they deserve. The quality of the items were very poor, sizes are super large and AI must have been used for the pictures. Returned the items but the reimbursed with 1/4 the value, still £79 outstanding ......been chasing them for 3 months, they wanted pictures of the parcel = sent it, of the receipts = sent it of the delivered parcel = sent.....refund outstanding £79........scammers

I ordered a linen style top and a pair of relaxed trousers for an upcoming holiday. Both pieces felt light and comfortable without looking too casual. The trousers were slightly longer than expected but they worked perfectly with sandals.

Lots of updates about the shipping from China to UK. This does obviously take a few weeks.
