I am writing another review as I have noticed a few 4/5 star reviews. Please do not be taken in by these good reviews, they are clearly false. Just like other bad ratings the item i bought is awful material infact it looks like a fire hazard, also I was offered a partial refund and to keep the item which I have binned. I am still waiting for my refund which has been around 7 months now. I know I won't be getting this refund but I still keep sending them emails, but now they have stopped replying. Which by the way I believe are AI. So please keep away from this site!

SCAM!! Please beware. This is NOT a UK based company, they are based abroad and you will not receive what you ordered. I have reported to Trading Stansards. Furthermore. They send you an email asking for a good review in exchange for a 50% discount but you will never receive that discount. It’s just a scam to get good reviews because they know that’s the only way they can get more orders.

The worst online shopping experience I have had a years. I ordered 2 dresses that were delayed and arrived too late for the event. They were different shades and patterns for 2 supposedly identical dresses.
Customer service responses slow, I have had to prompt for a response on 2 occasions, meaning I am now at risk of going over the 30 day return period.
Returns from the UK have to be posted to Los Angeles, costing £17 postage fee and £26 customs/taxes. A total postage cost of over £40 for an original order of £140.
A good will gesture of 15% refund was offered and I could keep the 2 dresses (that I didn’t want). Poor service.
Please improve your customer service response times and create a UK based returns option to avoid expensive returns costs.

Don't be taken in. The two items I bought are clearly not what was offered on what I took to be a London website. And I realise now, having read the comments here on Trustpilot, that there is little or no point in my returning these shoddy, poor quality garments. It seems that this would only be throwing more good money after bad. I am so annoyed with myself! What a terrible waste of money.

I'm an elderly lady and struggle with online orders. I Bought a shirt. It asked if I wanted insurance. I put i didnt.

They charged me anyway.

The item has now got lost (no one can explain why)and when I asked if the insurance would cover this, they advised no. But if I wrote a a review on trust pilot they'd give me 50%. I will not be bought into writing a fake review.

Company really unhelpful and refused to refund the insurance we never wanted, or aid in the lost item that looks like it has been stolen.

Will not be shopping with this company again.

As other unfortunate people have reported this is NOT a Boutique in London (closing due to owner's pregnancy)
but a scam company running out of Hong Kong.
The clothes arrive late, are absolute rubbish and look nothing like the photos on the website. The contact phone number on the website is also FALSE - the number does not exist. Despite offering free returns, they try to make you keep the clothes by offering various discounts for future purchases etc. If you insist on a refund, they offer a returns address in Los Angeles as a further deterrent.
I wasted several weeks trying to communicate with them but have now reported them to the fraud department of my credit card company who will be dealing with it from here.

This company is a SCAM.
Thought I was buying from an independent boutique in London but it turns out the order ships from China. Took weeks to arrive, when it finally arrived the dresses and tee shirt were certainly NOT as depicted or described on the website. Horrible synthetic fabric - the website sold these items as being made from cotton and hemp.
Complained and asked for returns procedure. They prevaricated and took so long to provide the return address (in the USA!) and an address which I was not confident was a valid address that I would not be able to meet the 30day return deadline. On top of which the cost of return to the USA was nearly £30.

I ordered a dress from this scam company.thinking it was a London based boutique with the owner Jessica pregnant..(and showing a photograph of her )..what a fool I was to believe in this horrible company.i could kick myself for not checking Trustpilot first...the dress i ordered had insurance automatically on it ..so I didn't want it and took dress out of the basket.ordered the dress again and unticked the insurance box.. later i noticed I had been debited twice for the same dress with different order numbers..emailing them about it and trying to get my money back was a joke..I'had about 14 emails..all automated. And .saying I cant get a refund as its too late...I got the dress and it wont even fit me .it's like a 7year old has made
it.you need arms like match sticks ..and i couldn't get over my head !!! Material is so thin no labels..its laughable.. then today i got the other dress .I've hopefully learned my lesson..Do Not Buy !! ..I suppose there will be an answer to this experience with Made by Jessica...automated of course ......

Very slow delivery. Fabric so thin it was virtually transparent, absolutely unwearable. Looked cheap and badly made. Returning the product was totally impossible. I feel thoroughly ripped off. Don’t buy from this company.

Terrible company. Do Not Buy from them. The quality is terrible, there is no customer service and they don’t refund the money, despite sending the garments back. They are basically thieves

This is almost a scam. The clothes are ridiculously overpriced for Temu (or worse) quality. They have some made up back story about their being a shop front in London. When returning the items it is a a warehouse in the states where you have to pay over £30 in shipping costs. They say that they will only give you 50% refund as a "good will gesture" and took me at least 5 emails to get a returns form from them. I am currently still trying to process the refund. If I can advise anything, please don't buy from this company (if they can call themselves that) it is a total waste of money, time and effort.

This company are atrocious, the dress didn't fit me and they are refusing a return and refund, been fighting with them since 16th June, they keep asking for photos which I sent 3 times, DONT BUY FROM THEM

SCAM WEBSITE. They are not a London boutique as stated on the website but a drop-shipper from Hong Kong. Orders take an age to arrive and are very poor quality. Returns are made impossible.
Have reported to trading standards and National Cyber Security Centre and would suggest that anyone else with same problem do the same.

It arrived around 3 weeks later , nothing like the picture. Asked them how do I return , they said basically it would cost too much to return and offered me a 10% discount. I declined and wanted a full refund. Said couldn’t do that.

Delivery takes weeks meanwhile I was bombarded by emails informing about why the shipment was delayed. The dresses which were described as 'breathable' are actually made from polyester and not as they appeared in the photos.
Having contacted customer services, there appears to be no returns procedure despite the promise of 30 day free returns so I have effectively lost my money.

My order was received in excess of 2wks+ late, I immediately requested a returns label. Eventually they replied wanting photos, which I’ve sent, then again eventually asking more questions why the fabric wasn’t suitable and sizing. Absolutely Painful, Don’t buy from this mediocre so called company. Utter Rubbish!

I am still waiting for information to return a red blazer ordered from made with jessica around July 11th, so I can get my refund. I have sent several emails since I received a red blazer on July 22nd that was completely different to what I ordered from made by jessica website. I have been asked to send pictures of the item more than once which I have sent at least twice, I have sent up to 4 emails, since July 22nd yet they have refused to send me details to return the blazer so I can receive my refund. Today is July 29th, please can made with Jessica respond to my emails and send me details to return the red blazer, so I can receive my refund please. My order number is MADE17176JESSICA.

Still awaiting resolution 2 weeks after receiving order which was severely delayed despite 'express shipping' and no longer needed due to arriving too late - we won't even talk about how poor the quality is. Everytime my email is responded to (which often requires me chasing up a response as they take days to come back) it's a 'new' person replying and they will claim in some way or other that they have no knowledge of the previous email thread, or ask for some other information, or offer some unwanted discount code, etc etc etc. Clearly trying to push our correspondence over the returns period. Avoid avoid avoid.

Making it impossible to get a refund. Dress is different from website design. Just two pieces of material sewn together like a sack with sleeves. No style as shown in the photo. Emailing me requesting a photo of me wearing the dress and a photo of the label. There was just a very small label about washing instructions with no size displayed in spite of advertising different sizes.I’ve tried sending these photos but email wouldn’t send. the email address must be wrong. I don’t think a charity shop would be able to sell this dress. They sent me an email saying that if I left a good review they would give me 50% refund.
