I was a reluctant to order from madethebest but I'm glad I did I ordered the new ortur laser master 2 pro and received in less then a week ! Was very impressed ! Will order from them again for sure !

I paid an extra $29.99 for 4-7 day Express shipping and did not receive my order for 2 weeks. Asked for a refund and they offered me 10$ Like it's partly my fault they didn't ship it on time?
Other than that everything was good and the Ortur laser master 2 pro is awesome.

I heard good reviews, but my experience I'm still waiting on my ortur lm2 pro laser. I have been waiting 2 weeks with no shipping information.

The quality of the cherry picker seems to be good. The product is exactly what was advertised.
Not a five star service since they do not provide an approximate delivery date nor tracking information.
I will still order again from them.

I'm in the midst of assembling and am eagerly looking forward to using it soon. One hiccup is that I have not yet received the y-axis roller that I paid for?

Good product! I love ortur master 2 pro!

Made the purchase of a Laser Master 2 Pro unit with the roller accessory. It came in very promptly and well packaged. Just can't wait to finish building the table it will go on and then assemble it and get burning.

I am giving 2 stars due to the shipping was excellent and fast. My problem is I have set up and broke down and reset the laser 2 times now. When running the laser I have noticed that it sounds like grinding when going up x and y axis. It does not home properly and sadly there are no instructions given to set up and trouble shoot. I have researched this laser and I sadly feel it was misguided if this is what my purchase shows.

It took two weeks to arrive however the shop app kepted track of the package in transit. I am very satisfied.

I emailed before the order went out saying I need the uber sign to be green not blue you emailed me back saying ok you will make the change when I received it it was blue not green I can't use this complete waste of time and money won't be buying from here again.

The product is very good, I have used it for a while without any problems
