I had been looking high and low for some PJs for the morning of our wedding and had been struggling to find a pair I liked. I’d mentioned this to my fiancé and he kindly surprised me with a beautiful personalised set from Made Yours, I tried them on and was devastated when they didn’t quite fit. I reached out to customer service on the off chance they may be able to help with a replacement set and they were simply amazing. They sent back a super kind response and offered to send a replacement set in the next size up completely free of charge. I have never and doubt I will ever receive such genuine and thoughtful customer service from a company. I cannot thank Aleksandra and the management team enough for their generosity and would highly recommend Made Yours.

I recently purchased the Personalised Weekend Holdall Bag from Made Yours, and I couldn't be happier with it. It's not only very functional but also so pretty! The personalisation adds a unique, thoughtful touch.

I was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a personalised item with next day delivery for a time sensitive gift, but what I received didn’t match what was shown on the website. Despite reaching out quickly, the customer service process was slow and frustrating. The font used on the item was not as advertised, and after several back and forth emails, the issue was still not properly acknowledged.

Although a return was eventually arranged, the entire process was inconvenient and disappointing especially for a gift I was excited to give. I appreciate that a refund is being issued, but overall, the experience was far from smooth and not what I expected from a professional service.

Ordered a new home wall hanging and received a new baby wall hanging with the personalisation I had requested.

Very disappointed with my experience. The Evri courier left my parcel in an open space, it was then stolen. I followed up with Evri who referred me back to the company who should arrange with them for a replacement to be provided based on their commercial agreement. They have now gone silent and I am down a Christmas present which is inconvenient and unfortunate.

Very confusing. I thought I was ordering from Madeyours.co.uk but it seems this is a different website with a similar name that has now appeared.
