Got scammed by them. Added to two accounts, went for trial with one, and cancelled the trial, but they charged $300 for another account, which we never went for trial. Despite the dashboard is buggy, not loading properly, customer support sucks, they reaply to your message after 2 days, even if you reply to theirs message instantly, you will have to wait another 2 days.

Stay away, they will damage your business!

1. Rules only get triggered if the wind blows a certain way. It's the third time in only a few months that I open Ads Manager to find that Madgicx did not activate my campaigns. It's now been 2 week in a row the rules don't work, and their tech team is still "reviewing" and does not offer an ETA.

2. AI Bidding is a joke, it always applies the same bids no matter what adset or history, and if you try to turn it off... it doesn't work. You're stuck with those bids forever.

3. FAKE AI: Their "AI Marketer" does not understand English. It's supposed to flag negative comments, however the only comments it flags as negative are... customers praising the service they received. The customer support says it flags them because there is a link in the comment... so is this "AI"??

4. The customer support is just appalling. No support at all, very weak knowledge of their own product, consistently give the wrong information.

I can confidently say that Madgicx has costed my business more in lost revenue than what their subscription is worth. STAY AWAY.

I paid for a full year although I never really used the app which is OK. Then they auto renewed at end of August which I was unaware was possible and I cancelled online that day. The next day I requested a refund for $375. They kept saying they were researching so I followed up 3 more times through end of Oct. They asked for screen shots of when I cancelled but they can see that on their system. I finally contacted my credit card company for them to address it.

They're scammers. I can't cancel the free trial. They charged me €171.56. I immediately wrote to them, and they replied today that it's all Moa's fault for not canceling in time. This is their business policy and the protection they offer customers. Scammers.

Madgicx is a complete scam. I unsubscribed from their service a long time ago, but when I logged in to close my account, they automatically charged me for three more months — no warning, no confirmation, nothing.
The tip here is that: They will NOT respond to your request until you posted negative review on trustpilot or similar platform. They will respond and ask you to remove your feedback and then they will refund you.
I immediately contacted their support team, and they said “our billing department will get back to you.” It’s been over a week — zero response, zero refund. Their so-called “AI platform” doesn’t work properly, and their business model relies on charging customers who already canceled.

When I looked it up on Trustpilot and Reddit, I found dozens of customers reporting the same issue — automatic renewals, no refunds, no response, and endless excuses. This is not a professional company; it’s a predatory subscription trap.

Our records are definitive. The system's session logs show unequivocally that the trial was re-initiated from your account on 8th October thus even though you may have been logging in for alternative purpose the trial was started .

Furthermore, our mail logs confirm that automated email reminders were successfully delivered to your registered email address , notifying you before the trial period ended and the charge was incurred.

I subscribed to Madgicx.com (an AI-powered ad automation platform) on July 23, 2025, and was charged ₹6,225.79 INR ($72 approx). Within 5 days, I cancelled the subscription because it did not match my business needs and I had barely used the platform. Their own billing interface showed very low usage.

I followed all steps to request a refund through their official chat and email, and they confirmed my case was escalated. However, after repeated follow-ups, they declined the refund citing vague "manual upgrade" terms which were never shown at checkout or in the billing summary.

I received no value or service from the platform and feel this is unfair and misleading. I am filing this to alert others and take further action if required.

I signed up for a free trial and cancelled it shortly after.
Despite that, I was still charged $1046 for an annual plan I never agreed to.

There was no clear warning, no confirmation, and no way to undo it.
I’ve reached out to support several times — no response, no refund, no explanation.

This kind of billing practice feels misleading and unfair. Please process a full refund immediately.
