Please take care, very unfair website, they do apply very incorrect practices with your subscription.
I paid 12,19€ as subscription, but when I did the log-in they charged me a second amount of 49,95€ (payment has been done automatically with the data of the first payment

If there could be an oprion to vary the exercise I think it would be more interesting.

I would gave them less then one star if possible…
After I activate the subscription, I was charged with two different amount of money, one of £ 11.99 and the other one £ 47.99.
They had hidden fees and it is very hard to cancel the membership.
Even if I cancelled the membership, literally after 5’ of activation, today, after two weeks they charged me again with £ 11.99.
I sent them a few email where there was this person “Theo” wich didn’t answered to my emails and didn’t want at all to help me, instead Theo send me different emails with new offers and other bull…..
Try to avoid and don’t lose money like me or other people!!!
It’s a scam!!!!
I couldn’t exactly keep up or do the exercises properly, so I had to do a modified version until I’m strong enough to do them properly. I did however Swett like I haven’t Swett in years. It reminded me of a modified version of Boot Camp. Just what the doctor ordered.☺️🤙

Their whole business model is based on hoping you forget the auto-renew. Even if you contact them immediately when you see the charge, they refer to their policy to say you are SOL and you won't receive a refund.
The workouts are nice for a guy with arthritis in the knees

I would like the application to be an App and not via the Web. It's a little difficult for me to use it from my iPhone and synchronize with my Samsung TV

Billing is bogus, it showed as 9 dollars and billed as 49 dollars and it took automatic billing for monthly cycle. Don't trust this kind of bogus billers. RBI should not allow automatic payment systems unless user requests it. Here the billing companies are mandating it now.
I got sweat and I felt my body got stretched.

I like how the workouts are sectioned out with the rest periods added in. I like the instruction in the workouts. The 21 day military challenge is a good addition to my video workouts. I wish there were more guidance after the completion of the challenge...do you repeat the challenge?

I know I didn't do the exercises completely correctly, but 17 minutes later I could feel my muscles and joints in my back and knees have been worked

I signed up for a trial subscription from madmuscles.com. Then a couple months later I was hit with a $90 charge on my credit card. I saw the charge 2-3 days after it landed. I immediately reached out to madmuscles.com to ask for a refund. I was sent a copy of their Refund Policy and was told I didn't qualify for a refund. I looked around and saw a number of similar complaints about this company charging unexpected fees and refusing to issue refunds. Do not do business with madmuscles.com. They are scammers.
May 28 - I forwarded the reply from Madmuscles.com, shown below, to the person in the support group with whom I originally worked with. It's been over 24 hours and no response from her.
May 29 - 48 hours and I still haven't heard from the support team.
