Phenomenal, very reasonable price, quick delivery and exact colour match. Broke my heart when I scuffed my new car but after a bit of sand paper and the spray cans from mad paints, you wouldn’t even know anything happened. Highly recommend!

It's a great name to start with, love it.
They colour matched quickly going on the registration number given to them. And they dispatched the goods promptly.
The price for their goods and service is more than fair.

PLEASE READ THIS. I bought the car of my dreams; a Jag XK and it suffered a minor prang.
There was some difficulty in identifying the correct paint shade but Madpaints went above and beyond in relation to their customer service. Many emails were very convivially passed between us to ensure I got what was needed. This was done very promptly and delivery ensued quickly. On using the paint the colour match was indeed perfect and used on a couple of other little areas around the car. I now have a paint match that gives me reassurance for the future. I re-iterate; great customer service, attention to detail and due diligence. I will obviously using them again and recommending to friends, family and beyond. 10/10.

I placed an order on the 25/06 /2025 after a week without receiving the order I emailed them I received a response saying they would post a replacement it is now the 28/07/2025 and nothing has arrived
They even asked me for a review of the product I haven’t received
Be warned

I’m truly disappointed because I put my trust into this company in order to get the right colour and I’m trying to fix my car. You state that is 100% colour match guarantee which in my case is not the outcome. My car is a warm tone, champagne, silver with a pearl iridescent. Where is the spray paint I’ve been given from yourselves is definitely more silver and cool toned. I’ve got two cans that I haven’t used, but I would like to send back for a refund, please.

Great colour match easy application good value and fast delivery highly recommended.

Ordered 7th July received the wrong colour so contacted them to rectify this issue and they sent email with swab with correct colour only to receive the incorrect colour again . Sent another 4 emails and not responding to any of them . Colour match guarantee I don't think so . I've asked for a refund and still no reply .

Delivered within 4 days of ordering - very good service. Would recommend to anyone.

Paint has a metallic tint to it the color match was perfect.
The service made my life easier than going to a dealer or a body shop for a paint pen.

The first bottle I received was the wrong colour, but after a call to Mad paints and speaking to Ruby. Who was really helpful, I soon had the correct shade of silver delivered a couple of days later. I have used Madpaints in the past and would definitely recommend.

I have no complaints with ordering, delivery or colour match, all was good.
The only thing I would say was the colour MG quote is a different name to the grey I received but match up was perfect

Great paint and perfect match. Delivered quickly, packed well and in excellent condition.

Spoke to customer service, girls were lovely and very helpful in checking delivery for me. Paint and lacquer arrived all okay and worked perfectly.

Very quick delivery, came within few days of ordering via Royal Mail and paint did the job in covering minor scratches.

Absolutely tip top service ! I ordered a touch up paint for my Puma, unfortunately it arrived damaged packaging and leaking, an email was responded over the weekend with a replacement sent out immediately. Which I received today all ok 👍thanks for great service

Order in the 4th July and now saying good news it’s been delivered, guess what, no delivery and £30 down the drain, sent them and email no reply (yet) not easy to claim for a refund either just email, won’t be using them again poor service.

Update spoke over the phone and had a refunded issued hopefully soon
