Great staff I had zero idea how to get paint match. I called they ran me through what to order online and it arrived quick. 2 sprays one paint colour and one lawyer both had adjustable nozzles that stayed clear between use and laid on perfect coats. Did 2 while panels and many touch ups. Perfect match. Lawyer was is awesome. Super smooth super tough. Bike and me now very very happy. Rebuild complete. Triumph Daytona 955i 2000

Can’t fault any part of the service or the paint products I’ve ordered and used. 3 times so far and paint always been 100% perfect match. More than happy to recommend. 👍

I was dubious at first but after receiving my paint match (which was identical) and applied it using the instructions. My car looked brand new again. It hid all those hideous white spot of undercoat. You can’t even tell I had a scratch before

hi all i my self have orderd many paints from ,MAD,and found all paints recived were a match to the cars requirements ,even older cars ,These paints are a briliant product and can highly recomend all colors for there outsdanding color match and covarage ,👌👌,i award MAD products 5 star,and on posting out as well ,no issues what so ever.👌👍

I bought different colour rattle cans on two occasions last year for classic cars, hence colour match is vital, especially given the age of the vehicles. Both were a bang on match, easy to use and delivered within a few days of ordering.

I was sent an incorrect colour which didn't match my car color. What I learnt was that we shouldn't always rely on the website for colors if the car color is not on the darker or the lighter side (like black or white etc.,) but contact manufacturer. Mad paints dealt with the issue and resolved it satisfactorily. Very reliable and honest.

This is a scam. After purchase, i find out they don’t store any paints, and the tracking no will become available after delivery?? Stay away from them.

Terrible company had my money for 3 weeks no reply then when I emailed them I got a reply back saying they had cancelled my order no reason for this I would recommend you use another company this are one of the worst I had dealings with seems to me they keep your money on there accounts to gain interest then don’t supply the goods god knows how long I will have to wait for a refund now probably weeks

Arrived super quickly over the bank holiday! I noted on my order I needed it urgently and it arrived within 3 days - and that was with New Years Day in the middle!

Mad paints had difficulty getting the right paint code for my Isuzu off the reg number They got it off the chassis plate. Very professional and prompt service. Highly recommend.

Received an incorrect colour for my order, mistakes happen! How Mad Paints dealt with this issue was faultless.

Unfortunately at first they couldn’t find my paint match however they phoned me up and asked for the vehicle paint code which I provided. They then were able to send me a spray can of paint which was the exact match. Absolutely faultless service, highly recommended and I’ll definitely use Mad Paints again.

Ordered the full touch up box - took 1 week to arrive and when it did, it was just the bottles in a Jiffy bag with zero instructions. Not what I ordered and paid for. Poor.

The paint match was hopeless. Instead of medium blue, a light blue/grey was provided.

I ordered a paint touch up pen for my MG5. I gave the registration number as requested, and waited.
Almost 2 weeks later, a paint pen arrived.
My car is metallic blue...they sent RED!
Notified them of the error. Very apologetic, sent a replacement pen, which was blue...DARK BLUE and not remotely similar to the metallic blue of my car.
So...I gave up. I will now go to a competant paint shop to get an exact colour match, which is probably what I should have done i the first place.
£18 down, but I'll take the hit to get the job done properly by somebody who knows what they're doing!
Disappointed.

Provided Reg, email received asking for VIN screenshot as they couldn't locate the paint.
VIN screenshot taken, paint turned up by slow post, paint not even remotely the same colour.
Emailed company asking for refund or correct paint, again asked for screenshot of VIN, sent again complete with photo showing paint they sent next to my car.

Emailed me back asking for screenshot of paint they sent me, screenshot sent.

Result life force slowly draining from me for what should have been a simple paint match for a touch up stick.

Update

Sent all my details vin plate, make model etc, first paint I received was incorrect, after several long winded emails they sent a replacement paint, this one wasn't even for the correct make of vehicle and instead of a silver paint I got green.

So after a first failed attempt, the second attempt was even worse.

I have to give 1 star but to be honest wrong paint on 2 attempts it's a zero.

Can I recommend this company, definitely not based on service received.

brilliant paint. Sent my registration number. Couldnt believe how well it covered the scratches on my Ford Fiesta made it look like new. Me and my family were impressed, so easy to apply.
