Unbelievably horrible company
Unbelievably horrible company. I've sent them a bunch of my cloths, they've been sending many of them back without explaining why or giving me a chance to argue with it, they don't write the proper description on the items nor do they give you an option to change it, and then to top it off, so far one of my jackets, completely new and worth at least 65eur, has disappeared - they confirmed it arriving with them, I approved its price but it doesn't appear to be listed on their website!
But this is far from the worst of it. Because mistakes can happen, all of the above issues I described can be happen in every business, in itself they're not reason for a bad review. The biggest problem by far is that it's impossible to contact them, they're like a concrete wall! There is only an e-mail and a contact form, and they just ignore both of those! Whatever you write, you're basically writing to a brick wall, nothing gets answered, and there is no way to contact anyone, no phone number, nothing. So any problem you have, too bad for you! AVOID SENDING THIS COMPANY THE CLOTHS YOU WANT TO SELL, AVOID AT ANY COST
Send it better to Sellpy, they are not perfect but 20 times better than this awful, nightmarish company called Mädchen Flohmarkt
No reply nor payment
It’s impossible to contact them. Had tried their Kontaktformular, from which I received an email to reply to them directly. But no answer since 2 weeks. I have sold an item via their Concierge Service, but I never received the money, not even notification on the sell. I found out about the sell because suddenly the product has disappeared from my page. Really disappointed. Still waiting for their reply…
Why even have a customer-service ??
I am amazed of how poorly you are in every single step of this business and it’s really such a shame, as I enjoy the items that i get from you- when/if they finally arrive, and if they are not cancelled from some strange reason.
Once again I missed an item from one my orders. I contacted you about this without receiving a reply for 20 DAYS! …when i finally got in touch with a you , i was told that the missing dress was sent seperately and was ready for pick-up, which it wasn’t because it’s been sitting at the pick-up place PAST 14 Days!! :))) ….gsus!! Due to your complete lack of response and just general information, the package has been sent back, and now I have to go through the hassle of trying to contact you again -oh lord…and yes!…Now 12 days has passed now, still i get only bots, no reply.
I have just received another order from you today- and of course as usual, an exspected item has been cancelled without any notice at all ! :))
The lack of proper business management and customer-service is just appalling. It must quite stress-ful to work in an environment like that, having so many customers unsatisfied and angry all the time, instead of just doing a better job…

The fee is high what they take after selling the clothes. The postage costs also not how they promise... No printing, but the post doesn't accept the QR code from phone, only printed. So why did I pay if it doesn't work
Late delivery - no communication
I contacted this company 4 times by now - no help. It has been over 3 weeks since I placed my order. Under the Consumer Rights Act they are required to deliver the order to me as part of the sales contract or refund my money. No clothes, no money. UNLAWFUL!!!!
100% worth it, 100% legit
I bought two pieces from this website: a pair of sneakers (from the Concierge service) and a pair of leggings (Gymshark, private vendor). Honestly, it was the best online purchase experience ever. Not only is it worth it for its quality-price value, but also for lessening the impact shopping usually haves on the planet.
I will definetely more pieces from this platform.
No shipping after 3 weeks
Ordered something 3 weeks ago and they didn’t even shipped it yet (it said the item is delivered between 2-5 days!!). Still don’t know when I’m going to receive my item. never again
Still waiting for money or reply
I had asked Mädchenflohmarkt to settle my outstanding payment without me having to complain again on Trustpilot. But: No answer, although I responded to the useless automatic reply once again. One invoice has been paid in the meantime, but the second one (B-547276) has been outstanding for ages. Although I have been writing regular mails to MF since the beginning of August, I get no reply. So I'm trying again via Trustpilot, apparently MF would like to negotiate this publicly.
Zero support in case of a dishonest seller
I bought there a pullover once. It was described as new, but I received basically trash. I contacted the support, but they just asked me to sort it out with the seller. The seller did not react at all. On top of that, my negative review for the seller was not correctly reflected in the seller's rating, such that that person could continue deceiving other buyers.

Very bad comany with the worst customer…
Very bad company with the worst customer support I ever experienced. I tried to sell some goods, which I have got delisted multiple times and then asked by some employee to provide authenticity proof because from their point of view my items are fake.
After I sent all the invoices, they complained I had same product twice on the invoice. (WTF1)
Then why I listed products from same category and size. (WTF2)
When I pointed to lot of other sellers profiles which are obviously doing the same, they said I should not care about other profiles.
The employee is trying to find different ways how to pohibit you from selling items that may attract lot of users and keep asking more and more stupid questions. Probably to create advantage for specific sellers selling the same goods.
I feel to be distriminated because I am a man.
Very bad experience. I do not recommend to spend time with this company.
Delays in Payments
After I have sold an item, I wasn't informed that I had to ask for my money, which should have been automatic, since the money they received was mine. A day after I asked for the money, I got an email saying they are having delays because of a hundred reasons that are not related to me and that I should wait almost a month to receive my payment. Never again.

As always- fraud
As always, a bad experience. Again and again I find a rare item on this platform and decide to give it another shot, and without a fail each time they (try to) commit fraud. Every time. This time I bought a dress and paid for it, next day I wanted to check the shipment and found out that they had canceled the transaction. Without notifying me or returning the money, of course. I will be deleting my account now and urge everybody else to NOT ENGAGE WITH THESE PEOPLE. Just read the other negative reviews. They don't send orders out and they will keep your money!

After 6 days still no one contact with me only I need my money back .no money no order no contact very very bad .payd 2 times the first for abag and didn't received confirmation messages by order till no.the second payment duplicate by mistake.no one help or reply from customer service very bad experience never do it again.
