The site and sellers are very reliable. Delivery was quite fast. Between 3 to 5 working days. Also the clothes were as they described.

In the beginning of May,
I sold my Louis Vuitton bag and after a while I clicked send money to my banking account since 15 May 20. Until today 22 May 20, the money is not yet arrive.

I gave the product to the buyer as promised and the company hold the payment since 15 May which normally it should arrive after 3-4 days of transferring.

I contacted to the company many times via email ( This company has no telephone services) but no answer back at all.

I already withdraw all my products out of the List. Because they are all expensive and to me the company are not honest and does not pay me on-time. (Mädchenflohmarkt’s payment terms stated that after 3-4 days of clicking “anfordern” the money will arrive to banking account.)

Technical problems that the company claimed with other seller’s comments below should already be solved because as I read that they received the payment already after a struggling of communication with the company for long time.

My banking detail which I provided into Mädchenflohmarkt’s App (as I rechecked twice) is all correct and no mistake.

Please give me a real sincerely reason why the payment is delay. And exactly the date that you can transfer the payment into my account.

You took 10 percent Commission but you did not pay to me (the seller) yet. (especially a big amount of money like I have an issue right now)

I would rather go to VESTIAIRE COLLECTIVE even I have to pay more fee but at least they always paid “ON TIME”.

I hope we can find a solution without opening a dispute.

I will keep update here everyday from now on until I receive the payment. (22May20)

I received a counterfeit item through this website. Therefore I am trying to reach someone from the Madchenflohmarkt support team since January 10th through email as they don't have a phone line. Until today, January 31th (3 weeks later since my first email) they didn't get back to me (after sending almost 10 emails!!!). So disappointed in their service.

I had so far a very positive experience with Mädchenflohmarkt. Both as a seller and as a buyer. I love the fact that there is a shipping fee regulated by Mädchenflohmarkt that is lower than regular shipping prices. The listing is super easy, can be done via a phone app. Buying is equally simple.
Ever since I joined this platform, whenever I need something, I always look there first.
