Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Clothes are clearly drop shipped and poor quality. Stitching completely wonky and seams all over the place. Items are paper thin. Customer service is a complete joke and borderline rude. Reluctant to offer you a full refund or return items. Do not buy from this website.

On the garment: you sent us photographs of the stitching and the seams, and you were right to. Those images have gone to our production team and that batch is now being reviewed. It isn't the standard we hold ourselves to and it shouldn't have reached you.
On the service: you shouldn't have had to ask more than once. Returns are available on every order included, and the way your request was handled didn't reflect that. That's on us, not on you.
I've written to you directly to put this right properly rather than leave it where it was. If anything is still outstanding, reply to that email or write to support@maeveand.co and it will come straight to me.
