The bra took a long time to arrive. It is very flimsy and offers zero support.
I am very disappointed but added to that they only offer a refund MINUS £10.99 ’Admin’ charge.
They tell me I can keep the bra but I shall probably throw it away.

This company calls itself Magic Bra Uk but it is definitely not based in the Uk!
After waiting weeks I finally received the bra I’d ordered but it didn’t suit. I acted as instructed, and contacted the email enclosed with the bra, asking for a refund. I had a very slow response, but eventually was asked to submit my measurements. I did this but made it quite clear that I was not interested in an exchange. After various emails trying to persuade me to do this, it was only when I threatened to contact Amex for my refund and to ask them to investigate the company, that they then agreed to the refund. However, they said that the return postage would be £10.99 (interesting for a supposed Uk company), and to save me the trouble of returning the bra, I could keep it and they would deduct £10.99 from my refund. By this stage I was so fed up with the whole thing that I agreed to this. What a con!

Don't order here!!!
There's no indication these items are coming form China, which means they will charge you an exorbitant fee on top of the postage in case you need to return your item. I ordered a sports bra, it doesn't fit now I'm stuck with it or have to pay more for them to send me another size!!

I should have read the reviews. Wasted good money. I know my bra size - have been buying the right size from different places but I received a bra from Magicbra that was so much smaller than what I ordered. I can’t even secure it. I am so disappointed. I wish I did not buy it.

Ordered a magic bra. Measured myself as per website. I thought it was a UK company and should have read the reviews. Didn't realise it was a Chinese Company. Waited weeks for delivery and then this awful bra arrived which was poor quality and cost over £30. It was a terrible fit with scratchy back fastening and my breasts just came out underneath. Read about problems re returns/ refund and managed to change for some knickers which have now arrived . Poor quality and they seem to work downwards on bottom when wearing . Don't think they will last long.
Wish I'd stuck to M&S with their brilliant pants.
Don't buy.

My advice is not to buy from this company.. bra was cheap material..also sizing is about 2 sizes too small..i need something easy to put on ie front fastening problem was there were eyelets on the straps which opened everytime i tried putting it on...i gave up and asked for a refund which is no easy option..they try to put you off using different methods..after several emails back and forwards i got a refund BUT THEY DEDUCTED £10.99 FOR restocking fee...DISGUSTING my guess is the bra is worth way less than £10.99 so basically
They have made their profit anyway...dont touch them

Dodgy Chinese company no better than wish etc do not order unless you have large breasts then even the hold up bras are not as described they don’t have wires don’t stay up don’t provide lift let alone support they are overpriced for the cheap tat they are and you’ll be fighting an uphill battle with the foreigners trying to get a refund they are a con DO NOT BUY!

This is a dropshipping company, their products are cheap and come from Shenzen China, which means very long delivery times, a cheap product that doesn't warrant its price, and a 10.99 fee to return the item. Absolute shocker
I am now left with a bra that doesn't fit, and I'll have to pay to return? It also took 5+ emails of finding out that that is the scenario, I feel pretty misled

I have now been waiting 2 weeks for return details! The bra was far too small and is certainly not worth the money they are charging. Customer service awful! Answered my first email with please provide details and they will review regarding return. After 4 chasing emails to them I haven’t even received a reply. And to Magic Bra….. do not tell me to contact customer support because I have done and now being totally ignored. Do not buy from this company.

I'm afraid this is a SCAM. they give the impression they are a British company with the .co.uk domain, but it's some Chinese factory scam. I ordered a bra 4 weeks ago and I have had NOTHING, not a date for when the products will arrive, or any means of tracking. I realise they've just scammed me and I'll probably never receive the bra. Buyer beware. I wish I'd checked reviews before I placed my order. Will have to chalk it up to experience. This reply from Magic bra is a joke. I did email them with ALL the relevant order details. It's been two days since their second vague reply email but still no action, no bra and no refund and I quote " Hi Afia,
"Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your order. I understand how important it is for you to receive your bra, and I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of tracking information.
I will be raising this matter with our internal team to confirm the last tracking scan of your order. As soon as I receive an update, I will get back to you with the information you need regarding your delivery.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any further questions or concerns in the meantime, please feel free to reach out."

Best most comfortable bra I've ever had, when I got it out the packaging I thought this couldn't possibly lift up my sagging boob's but guess what it's magic! My poor old boobs are back where they belong and my waist can see again.

Comfort and fit are absolutely excellent. Once on its a pleasure to wear all day with confidence. Would thoroughly recommend.

Bra’s are described as being designed for the bigger bust when in reality there is very little support to them.
The returns process is antiquated obviously designed with the intention of putting you off returning.
They also charge you a £10.99 restocking fee in addition to paying for the return, which I question is legal in the uk?

Terrible service, terrible products oh my goodness. Quality of the products are very poor. They are well aware that there products are sub standard and try NOT to give you a full refund, they offer only 50% and then try to retain the rest of your money.
