I have twice used them by paying money and they are pathetic to say the least. I have spent almost Rs9000 taking their subscription without any progress. No one should subscribe MB. Probably Facebook Marketplace is the best place to find buyers and sellers.. MB is just a parasite.

Magicbricks is a scam. They take money and don't get you a tenant or followup. Their customer service people pretend to work on your account and do nothing! They are paying money to these cricketers and famous people who have no clue how bad is Magicbricks.

Magicbricks is just another scamming property site fooling customers by asking them to buy prime plans and nothing else.
Every Magicbrick executive will say I will call you back after some time and that time never comes.

Magic bricks is not at all trustworthy, don't follow business ethics

Magic Bricks is a total FRAUD COMPANY. THEY TAKE THE MONEY AND DON'T PROVIDE ANY SERVICE. NO ONE SHOULD EVER TAKE THE PAID PLAN OF MAGIC BRICK. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT PROVIDED!!

Their website works in the UK (magically!), apparently allowed me to subscribe and they took the payment as well and then I couldn't simply log in - when I reached out to their support - their response was: "website does not work in European countries as per country law regarding GDPR. Therefore you are facing the issue kindly accept our sincere apologies for the same. Moreover, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process your request for a refund after the activation and utilization of the package"

So you promote your website as "Global Indian" and take payment for no reason - why do you allow anyone outside India to subscribe and make a payment in the first instance - horrendous and highly ridiculous!!

not happy with the website, always demands money for each step even though I have a paid subscription.
there is no customer care if any issue to resolved.

MagicBricks took money and then denied services. I was sold a package and was promised 100 leads of prospective tenants and a professional photo shoot. After payment, they denied photo shoot and half of the leads were frauds claiming to be from Army. I know this gang so I ignored them. When I contacted MagicBricks they simply denied saying they cannot do photo shoot as my house if beyond the city limit. They only did the location entry and promised photo shoot. Highly unprofessional and unethical.

Frustrated cheated ,took a platinum plan expecting a positive experience but was truly disappointed.
It's been activated after 4 days since I have paid for their services but my advertisement cannot be edited, tenants request cannot be viewed glitch after glitch, am losing on my days and potential clients, finally being fed up K signed a plan with no broker which is up and running, my advice do not use paid services of magicbricks waste of time energy and money

Please avoid using this site. This is a rip off. Their marketing people may call you soon after you give your tel number and give all good promises until they get your money. But, you will never receive the contact numbers of the owners. That was my experience. So, please keep away from this Magicbricks site.

The properties listed are helpful, when they have the information. However, after awhile it asks you to sign up again when you want to see the pictures, even though you are logged in. You can search by Property ID so very hard to find that same property again which seems like a poor website.

Magic Bricks is a big-time fraud company. I paid for a Prime membership where they committed to providing 20 contacts that I can unlock and I can do unlimited browsing. All the owners I contacted through their app replied to me that their property was already given on rent, when I reported the same on the Magic Bricks app, I got a text from them saying that they would add a free number against the contact whose flat is already given on rent. But that did not happen, and moreover, they canceled my plan after unlocking only 18 contact numbers. I have dropped emails and messages to them, but none of their executives has turned up to address my query, whereas when I was browsing freely on their app before buying their membership, they were making a lot of calls every day. Don't ever buy any services from Magic Bricks.

OBSOULTE SCAM DO NOT WASTE MONEY AND TIME ....I was informed that purchasing this package would grant me access to the contact information of potential customers. However, I am now being advised to acquire an additional package to actually view the contact details, contradicting the initial understanding when I made the purchase

It is more of a money making service which is marketed.After taking a paid Magic Bricks package, I received more messages to pay more to upgrade, than actual tenants looking to rent.

The biggest fraud website I have ever seen. They keep calling us every day and irritating us. If their harassment continues like this, legal action will have to be taken.

Cheating to the core.Eventhough I was enrolled in titanium package to rent my house each and every time when you want the phone number of the tenant it had asked to pay again to view it and inspite of my repeated complaints it was not rectified and some suspicious fake tenant like ppl are calling like ppl working in army and wants to move here like that in the beginning just to cheat us .They are just keen to get you enrolled and after that no proper response and how the details I gave to magicbricks got leaked into 99 acres I don't know.Lacks trust

Excellent service on the package which I took. I was able to get a tenant within 4 days.
