Avoid!!! Seriously.
Cover arrived late and after putting it in the seems got already loose and the fixes got off. I contacted them about a refund as they claim 100 satisfaction guarantee. They told me I have to pay the shipping back to China by myself and then it is not even sure that the money will be refunded! Total scam.

I wish I had read these reviews/experiences on here before buying. I made the order on 18th May, the order took 2 weeks to arrive. I have used it for 2 weeks, and after the first wash I have noticed the stitching has already come away in 2 areas. Quality is really poor. I previously had a similar cover from Amazon last over 2 years, and was 1/3 of the price magic sofa cover are charging. I have sent pictures and a request for refund or replacement, however having only just read other peoples experiences on here, I don't hold much hope of getting anywhere. It isn't fit for purpose, especially for the cost. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company, there are much better alternatives elsewhere.

Update: I had a response and after several emails between us, they are sticking by their policy of no warranty. They only accept returns in an unopened/unused state, so when the product starts to fall apart after 2 weeks due to poor product quality, they accept no responsibility. They said as it is a daily use item that goes through a lot of wear and tear and under normal usage it doesn't have a warranty, but should last longer than 2 weeks. They have offered a 40% discount on a replacement, but there is no guarantee this issue won't happen again. They say there have been no complaints about this item before (waterproof reversible sofa cover), and stated people only post negative reviews on trust pilot (when I suggested that a number of other people appear to have had similar issues). I have bought a replacement from amazon already, the same one that lasted 2 years, it's not waterproof, but less than 1/3 of the price this one was.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!! They sent the wrong colour product. The quality of that unordered product was terrible. It took them two months to respond to me, and I had to send multiple emails per day before they realised I wasn't going to give up. They then tried to offer me a 40% refund for a product I didn't even order! SCAMMERS!! I asked for a full refund and for a returns label. They said no. After about ten more emails they did offer a full refund but on the basis that I pay to return the products - which will cost me another £30 and they can still say no to refunding me if they think it has been used at all. They should be ashamed of themselves for the way they are ripping people off and being totally unfair.

I have ordered 2 covers from this company, on May 1st. I is now 18 days later and I have asked 3 times where's my order? I have gotten no response. I am looking a the reviews now and I will be looking into reporting this site. ASAP. Everyone says this is a scam. Scam taking our money????? Everyone should try and report this instead of saying it's a scam. And not trying to do something about it. $90.00 is was they took from me.

Ordered a sofa cover and pillow cases from this company. Only one pillow case arrived and the after sales told me that was all I had purchased although it says clearly on the order that there was 1 x sofa cover and 2 x pillow cases. Apparently it was my misinterpretation of their website, when in actual fact their website is misleading.

Regarding the pillow case that did arrive in my opinion the quality was extremely low.

Regardless they did not rectify the matter to my satisfaction although they state 100% guaranteed which is nonsense.

Do not use this is a scam site.

They don’t work, poorly packaged. When you email them they don’t reply. If you message through the site they don’t reply.

I contacted my bank for money back and they said the magic sofa company would have to provide evidence they emailed the return address. This prompted them to email me their return address Shortly after.

DO NOT USE THEY ARE A SCAM lost £90 quid cant even contact them

This is a Scam. There is no customer service and no tracking number. They took my money and I did not receive my order.

Be aware...... very aware and stay away from them.Over two weeks ago I order nearly 60 quid of item with the promise of 6/12 days delivery.Money take from my account straight away without any conferm or tracking number.Email them but no luck.No telephone number.A pure scam?we will see.Not happy

I picked this company because their website offered a 100% satisfaction guarantee and 30 day risk free returns, particularly as my sofa is an unusual shape and I wasn't sure if the cover would fit.

My order came from China and took weeks to arrive. It was poorly packaged. It was not the colour shown on the website (I ordered a deep turquoise colour, the one that arrived was pale minty green) and it did not fit my sofa. Zero response to emails to customer service. Avoid.

The the covers are absolute rubbish . No customer service! Returned item by royal mail "signed for". They received the item but I didn't get the refund. I emailed the company few times to the email address provided as contact but no reply!

I ordered a camel coloured cover, I was sent a grey cover. There has been no response to my email nor my attempt to chat to them about the ‘error’.
This cost over £130.
Stay away from this company.
