Ordered my frolic vape from them quick delivery and top quality service will be using them again they even put a couple of sweets inside the box which is a nice little touch I think

Received a broken device. (Shipping damage) Products were missing from the order. When contacting support they to opened a dispute case with UPS.
The device shipped physically broken.

Bought the YLL 3.0 induction heater but stopped working after 1 month. Contacted support, got swift response and it was solved accordingly.

Really impressed with Magic Vaporizers’ customer service. My Magma Industries Obsidian bubbler developed a structural fault just over 12 months after purchase, which meant it was outside the retailer warranty period. The manufacturer offers a lifetime guarantee on this model, but organising a claim usually requires going through the original seller — and Magic Vaporizers handled everything flawlessly.

They liaised directly with Magma Industries, kept me updated, and made the whole process smooth and stress‑free. The warranty was fully upheld, and their support genuinely went above and beyond.

pax four is excellent as it uses no extra gear to work like flowersticks. i can fill the oven, vape it , i timed the vaping session on 3 level. i got over 4 mins of extremely relaxing vaping experience. once finished vaping, clean the oven while it’s still warm , not too hot , and you are ready for the next heavenly experience of vaping with pax four. i’m thinking to buy a mini or ex large ovens with pax. thanks pax four!!

Canceld my order for a medical device and didnt even have the common decency to let me know why.
Now the money I would of used for that device is been held by the bank for up to 7 days.
Gonna be a fun week in pain.

I ordered a premium desktop unit from MagicVaporizers which arrived with non-conforming and defective parts—specifically a faulty remote control and a warped internal filter screen that was completely displaced from the glassware.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I exercised my statutory right to reject the defective goods for a full refund within 30 days.

Instead of resolving the issue, customer support hid behind automated/AI responses before an internal "escalation" to a representative named Alicia, who flatly refused the return.

They attempted to claim "hygiene exemptions"—a completely unlawful tactic when applied to defective, non-conforming merchandise that was faulty on arrival.

Dreadful customer care, zero accountability, and total disregard for UK consumer law. Avoid.

Great company I ended up with a faulty vape and the customer service was fantastic and replaced the unit asap

Love this store a great variety of products and the only ones i trust and they also have many accessories per vape so im definitely buying more, had a problem with a vape but the support was simply outstanding

Spent ~£400 several hours before the next day delivery dispatch deadline, received confirmation email stating order would be dispatched same evening for next day delivery but was not dispatched until the next day after chasing for delivery details, now arriving a day late. Next day delivery offer is not trustworthy.

Edit to add further info: delivery failed as magic vaporizers did not provide the full details from their address form to DPD, making it undeliverable, order purchased with next day delivery will now arrive four days late at the earliest
