Magnacraft 

I placed an order at the start of November and received confirmation the next day then an email saying it was awaiting collection by the carrier. Over a month later, the tracking information shows it still awaiting collection by the carrier. I've emailed numerous times for updates and no response. When looking again at the email address again, it appears incomplete as it says '.co.' Shouldn't it say .co.uk or .com?
Even the responses I reading on here say the same thing?? I really am starting to think it is a scam and will be reporting it to my credit card company for a full refund.

It took 18 days from the time my order was received, to the time the product was finally shipped. During this time there was no response from emails about status, and no indication when it might arrive. Once the product was finally shipped it took another 7 days for the package to arrive.

My son has a birthday in January, and I originally planned to buy him more if I liked these, but even if I ordered them today, I would have no faith in getting them in time.

I placed an order on November 27, a set which I paid $190 for. I have EMAILED the company at the support email that they post their reply to “email” on every single one of these posts 4 times! No responses. I need a phone number to contact about my order. This is very frustrating and I will be contacting the CEO of this company. This is a very shotty way to run a business. I’m sure many of you, as myself, didn’t get a receipt email, nothing….If I don’t get a response with a phone number or someone to call me, I will blast this company on every social media site I can find, along with contacting the CEO.

Would not buy from this company. Ordered 120 us dollars worth of blocks and is still in processing and website is down?? Really? How about tell us when our orders will be shipped...I can tell by the way this is going it's going to be a few months before I get my sons Christmas order. Will buy from Amazon now that way my son gets something for Christmas. If I could give no stars I would.

This website is a complete scam. The company does not answer emails. I was given a fake Chinese tracking number that has no details and has not changed since the day it was sent on 11/23/24. I've sent a dozen emails asking for a refund, no response. I got an email that has no specific order information that says my order is in the system and may arrive in January, despite not even mentioning any order number, what was ordered or when it was ordered. stay away, I have to contact my credit card company on how to dispute the charge.

I ordered a set of these for my son for Christmas on Black Friday and have only received a tracking number that says its status is unknown from a weird tracking site I haven’t seen before. I emailed them and no one responds. I’m going to call my bank today and see about getting a charge back and hopefully this company gets pulled for fraud.

I think this is a scam. Ordered on 11/27 and tracking has said "label created" since then. Nothing updated. No response to numerous emails I've sent. I submitted a paypal dispute so hopefully I get my money back.

If I could rate a zero I would!!!! I have ordered a month ago and haven’t received shipping updates at all!!! I have tried to get in contact with this company multiple times and NOTHING. I want my money or my items now!!!! Absolutely insane !!

Ordered these magnacraft blocks on Oct 28. Still not here. No customer service number. Now what???

I ordered during the early black Friday sale. Got an email and charge nov 22 as if it had been shipped and it hadn't. I have now emailed 3 times to find out what's going on and hopefully get refunded but I'm getting no response and now the website is gone I guess.

Edited to add: It’s amazing how there is a request for an email to their support department, but I have ready have with no response.

I recently made 3 purchases that drafted my account on 12/3/24 totaling the amount of $170.72. I did not receive any sort of confirmation or shipping information regarding these purchases. I have emailed support @ magnacraft.co and have received no response. I pray that they didn’t just take me for that much money. It was part of my daughter’s Christmas a birthday present. I am so disappointed.

I ordered on Nov 15th, since then I have not received any updates or order number, I have emailed multiple times with no response. Now the website is "down for maintenance". There is no phone number to call or any other options for customer support. Highly disappointed.

Me and my wife ordered a large order of blocks and characters from this company on the 24th November 2024.

We have emailed them fours time as we haven't received our order. This is my Childs main Christmas present and i am getting concerned that it not likely to arrive before Christmas. Or worse still it has been lost or this is scam.

The tracking keeps saying different things, one day its says that he has been delivered (which it hasn't been) and the next time i look it says it is in transit.

I just want to know if my order is on its way.

I placed an order back on Dec 2 of 2024 and still have not received any confirmation or tracking. They need to respond this is BS.

Same as everyone says, it is SCAM. They do not ship and do not answer to emails, emailed them 5 times, one time a standard answer came with no information or answer to my question. I am going to file a dispute with paypal and I encourage everyone else to do the same since it seems everyone has the same problem.

I placed an order on 15th November and I still haven't received them. They are meant to presents for my daughter and im worried they won't arrive in time. I have emailed the customer support twice but I have had no reply.

Would give negative star if I could. Total scam. Ordered for my granddaughter for Christmas. Never received order confirmation or any shipping info, but my money was taken out of my bank account 7 days ago. Have been getting many promo emails for their “great deals” though. Have emailed 4 times, no response.
TOTAL SCAM!!!! Lost about $100! Merry Christmas!

I was excited about ordering these for my son for Christmas. But I’m disappointed in what I got. I supposedly got a Black Friday sale price and yet I still spent over $50 for 1 set. What I got was a smaller than expected pack of them and the blocks themselves are much smaller than expected. I got 2 free figures with my order and they are nothing more than cheap and bad quality knock off Lego minifigures with mismatched leg colors. The blocks also have a very strange smell to them. In addition, the order took almost 4 weeks to arrive, from China, and was delivered by some strange person from a company called Uni Uni.

I do not recommend ordering from this company. The prices are ridiculous for what you get and it takes forever to arrive.

I ordered two sets in November which included free surprise pack. I did not receive a confirmation or any tracking info. I emailed to their contact address that was listed on their site and received a message that there is no such address. I double checked resent and received the same message. I am still hopeful but have a feeling I just got boosted for $143. I will rewrite my review if I find out this isn’t a SCAM.

I ordered and paid for MagnaCraft Minecraft blocks on 11/17/24. I have a MagnaCraft Invoice ID#....my PayPal account paid Fizidot HK Limited which indicates 2 shippers. Both appear to be in China. YANWEN_CN and YDH_Express. I have emailed MagnaCraft and Fizidot with no response from either one of them. Today is 12/9/24 and I have no idea if I need to purchase a different gift for my grandson. Both companies need major training in customer service and communication with customers.
