SCAM. I ordered Nov 18, no update. Now tracking page is down and website is down. Got this email today:

Such a scam I want my money back and why right after I purchased the magnacraft magnets they took down there websites and won't answer me they said their store was under maintenance. They are scamers do not by into this scam!!

I ordered a set and realized almost as soon as I had placed the order that this was not the product a wanted so immediately emailed them to cancel the order - like within minutes of placing the order. It took over a week for a response and they told me it was too late to cancel and once received I could send a picture and get a refund. I did receive a few weeks later and promptly did as instructed to start the refund. It took several days before I got a response and was offered a 20% refund and that I could keep them. I don’t want them - they are cheap and smell. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. Let’s see if they add the copy and paste response here that they have on every other review.

I ordered over Thanksgiving weekend during a sale, that was 3 weeks ago. I have received multiple generic emails for the company stating they are having issues . However when I email the support desk with the email address given I receive nothing. I have sent 2 emails and still nothing. Very discouraging and about to begin my request for my money back thru PayPal.
Update: despite the company’s response this is the same thing they continue to do. Please email us and still no response. I now have sent a total of 4 emails to the address given and still no response. Since I paid with PayPal I now have to wait until a certain date to fill a complaint. Buyer beware!!

Ordered around £120 worth of magnacraft blocks on the 18th of November as Christmas presents for my 3 boys. The status for part of my order now shows as complete, though nothing has been received, and the status for the rest of the order hasn't changed since ordering. I've not received a reply to my email asking about this and it's been 6 days since I emailed.
When I try to track the parcel, it gives me an error message each time. Not happy.

Edited to add after reply: I have emailed. And then I emailed again. Still no reply. Now what?

I am writing this review in hopes that the company will respond to my email from 12/11/24 regarding a change to the shipping address due to shipping delays. If they can't change the shipping address I am going to cancel.

I won't purchase from this company again since apparently all their phone numbers and their website are out of service.

Have contacted customer service email numerous times. Even thought the response is to contact customer service. Messaged the facebook page. Responded to their email, awaited reply, contacted the facebook page and was told they will respond when they can and I have now been blocked from the whole facebook page. Disgusting customer service. Sent the wrong items and also items missing from the order.

I order about 200 dollars worth of blocks on this site in the middle of November. It has been a month and only received two email one stating that they were back up on orders and then today that the site was down . This is a scam don't fall for it. They also don't reply to emails

The communication is terrible and I have no reason to believe I will actually get my product OR a refund. I placed an order and immediately got a “your items are on the way” email. In the following 2 weeks I received emails stating their orders won’t be delivered until January and then that their store is “undergoing maintenance” and isn’t available. The website is now gone and I have had no email response at all.

Ordered 11/27 recieved shipping and tracking number 12/2, but the package still has not been recieved by the carrier. Numerous emails go unanswered and now the website has been disabled.

THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM. Purchase at your own risk. I placed a very large order in September, 2024. I reached out in early October because I had not received anything. Received a response with a tracking #. Neither the link to the order or the tracking # work.
It is 3 months later and I still have not received ANYTHING.

I ordered these for my young girls who love Minecraft during the Black Friday sale on 11/28 Got an “order has shipped” email on 11/30. The tracking number provided has not shown movement and that the package has not been picked up by a provider. Went to check today and the website is now unreachable… even if this site is legit, offering a Black Friday sale implies in my mind you can get it by Christmas, especially when it’s a kid toy… if you are legit - Do Better

THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY. DO NOT USE.
THEY HAVE CLOSED DOWN THEIR PREVIOUS SITE AND HAVE CREATED ANOTHER SITE. THE ADDRESS FOR THEIR HEAD OFFICE IS IN CORNWALL AND IS A RESIDENTIAL HOME. THE TELEPHONE NUMBERS STATED ON THEIR NEW WEBSITE IS FAKE. THEY DONT CONNECT AND THEY ARE LOCATED IN INDONESIA.
I HAVE SUBMITTED A FRAUD COMPANY TO SHOPIFY WHERE THEY DO ALL THEIR TRANSFERS/transactions

I have raised a dispute with my credit card and shopify.

Since writing this, shopify are also not contactable. Both merchant and seller are fraudulent entities.

As like my other review. Of which they responded. Funny they message back, but even with my many emails, no response from them. The tracking number I was given does. It work and my order number is now not valid.
The reviews that are in support of this company are fake! They are dummy accounts! Don’t trust them!

I am editing again as they have responded, but they don’t reply to your emails. And the message is what they always state. they are still scammers!

Scam scam scam. Web site no longer available and did not receive my order. Do not order anything from this site

AVOID!!! SCAM SCAM Scam.... the website is no longer accessible. I had emailed twice and obviously no responses.. I wish I had checked reviews beforehand...

I ordered on 11/18 off their Black Friday sale and still have not received my order. The tracking number says cannot be found and order status still just says order placed. I emailed the merchant several times with no response. Today I went to their website to try to find a phone number to customer service and now their website is completely down. I believe this may be a scam so I called my credit card company to file a dispute for charges. Very disappointed.

I ordered on 11/28. I have not received my order yet, 12/12. I emailed support this morning asking for a refund. I can’t even track my order anymore, I click the tracking number or the website and it wants me to download something.

I 100% believe this company is scamming people. I ordered on 11.29.24 and nothing has shipped. I received a confirmation email and one response to my 4 emails. Now when I try checking one the order, the page has been removed. I’m contacting my credit card company today to report fraud.

I placed an ordering totaling 156.95 and the website doesn’t work, I have emailed them and no response, the link on the email which brings you to a nothing. I think this is a scam and I’m pissed, because it’s the one thing my son wanted from Santa!! The next thing I’m going to do if the don’t email me back by today is call my credit card company and tell them it was fraud!!! Watch out people don’t order from them!!!!!!

I ordered a set and some extras in the Black Friday sale. I could've bought some from Amazon, where there are lots to choose from with quick delivery, but chose to stick with these as had read that they were the originals etc.
I placed my order on 23rd November. Two days later on 25th November I got a tracking number saying that parcel data had been submitted the carrier (in China). Since then I've had nothing. There's no update on the tracking so it looks as though it hasn't even left China yet despite saying that it was ready to ship over two weeks ago.
I've tried emailing but received no response at all. Waste of £60 spent on a Christmas gift for my son which is now very unlikely to arrive in time.
