Very bad services and lack of transparency

Very satisfied with the Dr, unfortunately, rarely able to access their services. I had challenges with every single appointment, the Magnat personnel were rude and non-supportive, no transparency for payments - you're asked to pay for something out of the blue, and given 24 hours to pay or be extra-charged, with no explanation of the services that you are asked to pay for.
I naturally requested transfer to a different clinic, and I would recommend anyone to stay away from Magnat.
