Order and send e mail is uk but they send me eu charger.

I'm A quadriplegic & w no hand use it allows me to charge my Ultra Open as well as my tablet on my own. Mostly!
But it's a big help.

Purchased one a few months ago and it suddenly stopped working. Got in touch with the company and it got replaced free of charge no quibbles no going back and forth. They replaced straight away and had it within a few days. 1st class service

They mislabelled a parcel which resulted in my order being delivered to a completely wrong zip code. Giving 4 stars for the insanely good customer service who investigated the issue and offered to resend the item for free. They even let me opt for a refund since I've already re-ordered thru a local stockist. All this happened within a few hours, which in my previous experience, would take several days even to resolve from some other vendors. Docked a star off from the mislabelled parcel, made it up with good customer service.

Good product information and pretty fast delivery. From the photos I thought my cable would actually glow in the dark though haha but the little light on the magnet part is helpful at night. The magnet could be a bit stronger though. Overall great product. Got the longer length which is just right. the little attachment to house the connectors is a genius idea!

This company blatantly scams you and I will be taking action against them so they are held responsible. First of all, if you buy cables for this price you expect solid build quality, let me just say that they WILL break in the first couple of months because the metal connectors are held in by plastic clips. Secondly, if you think this doesn't matter because you got lifetime warranty you are mistaken, upon trying to get more cables you are completely ignored by their support. AVOID AT ALL COST.
