Sever damage to package
Second time I've used Magnolia Box and packaging was severely damaged both times.
First time frame was damaged and we agreed a discount.
Second package damage was only to rear of frame and I accepted this.
Deliveries should NOT arrive in this condition.

'Phyllis' by Louise Jopling is my absolute favourite painting, and I'm so happy to have a copy of her in my home!
I was nervous about shipping--there was no tracking number, and UK to Canada is no small trip.

Fabulous paperwork and lovely poster. Just the right size.
The packaging which arrived with my poster of Tissot's The Bridesmaid was lovely and the poster was lovely too. The material of it is superb. Having seen the original in the archives of Leeds Art Gallery I can see the differences but no copy can capture everything. It's going to look great on my wall when it's framed. I love it and all his paintings. My friends have been intrigued with all the detail found on the poster. My old one has gone blue after 21 years so I'm happy with its replacement. Thank you.

Good quality product. Slow delivery
I ordered a gift card. It took 9 working days to arrive which was disappointing. The quality of the card however was very good. The card was a print of an oil painting from a local museum collection but did not state the name of the painting, painter, or the date. That would be a useful thing to add to the bottom outer of the cards.

Hi Richard. We're really sorry about the delay with your order. I can see that it shipped on time but that there was a hold-up with Royal Mail. We’ve issued a 20% refund by way of apology for this.
Regarding your suggestion about adding the artwork details to our greetings cards – unfortunately, this is something we’re currently unable to support, but we hope to be able to in the near future.
