I like the quality, it's well made, the information is complete (such as what laptop fits in the laptop pocket).

Good quality leather apron that was shipped quickly to me. It's easy to size and put on and will be excellent protection when I do certain woodworking.

Had the attention to detail on shipping been on point I'd absolutely have given 5 stars. In short, my requests indicated a drop dead date for delivery, which was ignored. They ultimately got the package to me earlier than indicated in shipping, but still missed our actual anniversary. Carrie-Anne DID work very hard to improve the situation, so ultimately I'm satisfied.

My teenage son bought this messenger bag with his summer job earnings. Excellent quality, built to last a century. He loves the bag and takes it with him everywhere—school, camp, you name it. He added engraving to the order to discourage theft (and because engraving looks cool).

My bag came in very great condition! Honestly I ordered the wrong bag, but since I had it embroidered with my initial I didn’t bother asking if it can be returned/exchanged. Leather quality is excellent. Build is excellent. I’ll definitely recommend it and will look forward to purchasing another bag.

The leather of the bag is made from is of a high quality, durable yet soft to the touch. The entire exterior is leather, unlike some other brands out there, which will skimp on costs by adding polyester to the straps. The stitching, especially at the handle, is very strong. I liked the 3.0 bag so much that I bought another 3 for my family members. The quality:price ratio of the product is very high. I would recommend anyone seeking a leather backpack to purchase from Mahi.

Looked too long for a way to personalize it, unsuccessfully. Customer service helped getting it personalized, and agreed to ship it by Fedex. Got here on the day of the birthday.

I ordered a blue backpack. I really like the color. The size was a bit big for me. That's all right. I could use it for a trip or school. I just needed a small one. I'll buy it from this seller again.
