Purchased the S2 Pro Desk from Maidesite and it arrived well packaged although the plug for sit/stand motor was bent and unusable. I wrote to Maidesite support who got back to me very quickly and shipped a new replacement the next day without any further questions. They then followed up a few days later to make sure I received the package and that everything was working fine...which it was.

The desk is great. Easy to put together (I did it by myself but you might want two people as the heavy duty legs are heavy..which is a good thing in my opinion). It is quiet and fast to move to different programmable positions. All in all a great experience.

I have since purchased their EC2 chair which is great as well for the most part. I am a big guy (22 stone) and so finding a well priced office chair that supports that much weight is not an easy task. Usually the gas powered height adjustment just can't hack it. So far it has been great. Was easy to put together has great lumbar adjustment and great wheels that are smooth and easy to move around on. The only slight complaint I have is that the headrest isn't quite as adjustable as I would like. For me at least, I can't find a position where it sits comfortably for me to use. It is either too high, too low or sticks out too far. I think what it is missing is a tilt function perhaps but otherwise it seems very good to me.

I THEN purchased their PC under desk mount. This while perfectly fine didn't quite meet my needs (mainly due to it not fitting the dimensions of my case). I reached out to Maidesite and they was happy to refund me. The only slight qualm I have with that is that they did not cover the return cost which most companies do nowadays which was a shame.

Overall I would still give them a 4 star as for the most part they have been fantastic.

Ordered a T2 Pro frame late on a Tuesday evening with standard (free) delivery and arrived on Thursday... Top marks for delivery!

The frame is well made, sturdy and strong. I have a 2000x900x40mm solid oak desktop (it's pretty heavy), with 3x 27inch monitors on a triple arm mount, I am happy with the small (acceptable, hardly noticeable) monitor wobble using this frame.

Time will tell how long it lasts, but initial thoughts are looking promising.

Bought a standing desk frame. Product was as described and good quality. Arrived a day early and paging in good condition. No complaints from me and would order from MaidesiteUK again.

This Stand-up Desk changed the way I work and feel. I work a lot from home and it is brilliant. I do not feel tired as much as I was before, after working and sitting for long hours. And 4 legs mechanism works very well. When raised, the desk it self feels absolutely stable. It is great investment for my heath and work. It also looks very modern and perfectly holds my big desktop, laptop with stand and all the other technical equipment I need for work.

My new desk was delivered really quickly and was extremely easy to put together. I found the instructions clear and easy and I assembled the desk single handed. The desk itself is very sturdy and the motorised operation is smooth. Really pleased with this purchase.

Really good product, delivered fast, clear instructions, simple assembly. The price is pretty steep which had me expecting premium materials for every component, so I was disappointed that the height control panel felt like cheap plastic. Everything functions perfectly and overall I'm very happy with the desk.

The site is nice and clean and easy to use site and I was given quick and helpful answers to all of my questions, leading to a successful order. The desks arrived promptly and with simple instructions to complete the assembly. Very happy customer.

Desk was amazing, was missing the cable trays upon delivery but they re sent this item out. Very good quality build and the operation is satisfyingly smooth.

The mechanism is very solid. Up and down motion is smooth and very finely controlled via the touch panel. Also useful to be able to set a low and high limit so it does not clash with objects. Height memory settings for different users in our family.
Assembly instructions were nice and clear.
Attractive looking.

Thanks MaidesiteUK for an excellent product and very fast delivery. I spend most of my time at a desk during the day and have recently been struggling with back/shoulder pain and occasional RSI in my arm. I thought I would give a standing desk a try and I have to say I'm very impressed. I don't have any pain at all now at the end of the day! Thanks again for a quality piece of equipment and service.

I was a bit dubious buying from a website with so many spelling errors, but I’m glad I did.

The desk is solid and has really high quality look and feel. The preset buttons and the timer are idiot proof and so easy to set up.

My desk top went missing which meant I had to settle for one in a different colour to what I wanted as it was now out of stock. But Chris and the team were very responsive and accommodating.

Would highly recommend.

asked to cancel one of the 2 items I ordered and got advised to refuse delivery, which I did. Been 2-3 months since and still haven’t sorted refund and not been answering to emails or to their WhatsApp number. Terrible customer service

Absolutely baffling experience - ordered a Maidesite S2B Pro - Bamboo Top Electric Standing Desk, and despite their website saying they dispatch from their "Coventry Warehouse", I got an email saying I would need to pay £50 extra for delivery and would incur customs duty.

They say on their website that "The free shipping policy is only valid within the UK" and I live on Shetland, which is in the UK. They have a review on their website from someone else from Shetland who seemed to get their items fine, so it should have been straightforward.

The customer service agent kept saying that any deliveries to "Shanghai Island" would incur customs duty. Despite several emails trying to clarify, no further understanding was reached. Honestly, frustrated and baffled by the whole interaction.

Felt none of the delivery information was as advertised, and asked for a refund, which took two emails, but was issued shortly after that.

Hassle to be refunded!!
Once you purchase you can't cancel the order, it got to be delivered and I refused to receive it, which is part of their policy to get a free return. Contacted customer service in every channel many times to get the money back and no reply from any!! I have been chasing a refund.
You are better off buying from Amazon than directly through their website if you want a better service!
