Being honest, my whole conversation with support has been... strange. It's pretty much direct and informal, like they don't have too much resources to spare on looks.

This being said, I wanted to fix one part of my desk, asked for a solution, and I was sent a whole another desk for free. It was indeed overkill but I am not complaining!
At the very least, I prefer this to how other companies treat you!

Already own a Maidesite desk and wanted a second one, I ended up buying a T2 Pro Plus desk second hand as a means of upgrading my main desk to this one. By the time I got round to setting it up and realising it was missing vital parts it was too late to do anything about it.

I reached out to Maidesites customer services to see if the missing parts could be purchased, not only did they have the parts but they offered to ship them out to me free of charge.

The desk is now working and landfilling it was avoided.

The T2 pro plus is also an amazing desk, really well built and super stable.

Couldn't be happier with MaidesiteUK, really went out of their way to help when they had no obligation to.

I ordered the T2 Pro standing desk (frame only) via amazon and received it early - which was great! However after I put it together (which took about 3 hours), I plugged it in and the control panel does not work. It doesn't turn on at all! I have emailed support and also reached out via their website chat but have not received any acknowledgment or response. I can at least work but it's sitting low and is uncomfortable- the exact reason why I wanted to update my desk to a standing desk!

Bought a T4 Pro Plus to use as a workbench.

The unit is fine but I cannot, after trying all means possible, get a VAT invoice from this company.

I have tried email & chat but had nothing in reply, I cannot find a telephone number for them.

I was going to buy more of these as the product is fine but my company cannot afford to lose the VAT on every purchase.

I will now be contacting HMRC to find out what options I have to claim VAT back, assuming it has been included in the final price which, as it was sold in and shipped from the UK, I assume it has.

An excellent product: does what it says on the tin, and is really solid.

I have had my own electronically adjustable table for 15 years and now needed to get one for two of my staff who hotdesk - and they're both different heights so needed different seating and standing table heights.

I thoroughly researched all the manufacturers, sellers as well as all the options on Amazon. The reviews of Maidesite seemed the most honest and positive and also good value for money. Slightly more than the cheapest alternatives but much better quality and less expensive than some of the others which didn't seem any way better. The 2-stage frames didn't give sufficient range of height, but the 3-stage frame offers much better height range (it goes both lower and higher). Most other suppliers didn't offer a 3-stage frame.

So I bought a Maidesite T2 Pro Plus with grey frame and wood top 160x80cm and we're delighted with it. It looks great and has a beautiful smooth operation. Next time won't look around, will just go directly here.

My pack missed a few screws but despite this I was able to build my standing desk, quite quickly too. Instructions were easy to follow with a great build quality to bring a smile as well.

Their ecosystem is affordable and their is absolutely no fuss. Which in my eyes is just perfection.

The table top came scratched but I don't have the energy to go through replacement process. No invoice provided, had to ask for it myself and the name on the invoice was some generic Chinese one. Overall I don't recommend this website.

Ordered the S2 Sit-Stand desk and had a flawless experience with Maidesite. Whilst the building of the desk made me a little nervous in terms of stability, as soon as everything was built and secure - the end product is fantastic and would happily buy again from Maidesite.

I have not even bought any product from them but I have been looking at their site for months. I was looking to buy the multifunction mesh ergonomic office chair EC2. I sent emails to enquire, no response. To make matters worse, they do not have a contact number on their site. Best I look elsewhere, the reviews aren't great either. Thanks to Team Reviewers.

Good product, easy to assemble, good price

Hassle free return! Do not purchase from this website directly, the return is far from hassle free. They make you pay an astonishing £21 to return something that hasn't even been opened. Customer service is equally ridiculous, chased for refund for 3 weeks to no avail and ended up resorting to Paypal resolution centre to get money back. You are better off buying from Amazon then directly through their website. I would steer clear of this company!

I recently purchased a desk, I wanted to try the larger size as I wasn't sure if it would be okay for the space.

I turns out it is too big so I asked to return it for a size down.

I confidently made my original purchase after seeing the "hassle free" returns statement on the front page of the website, implying that returns paid for by the seller.

I checked the returns policy page where there was no mention of the customer having to pay returns.

I questioned the meaning of this statement in an email and they hastily removed the "hassle free" statement and added "Regarding to all returns for non-quality issues, you are responsilble for the return fees." to their returns policy.

They did this in so much haste that like the amateurs they are, they misspelled responsible.

Very unprofessional and devious company.

Do not purchase from them.

I bought a Maidesite office chair and it arrived safely a few days later - that’s about the only positive thing I can say about it.

I put it together as best I could - very confusing diagram - there are also a few screws welded together that are unusable and I’m also short on screws that I’ve had to source separately - even though they send a couple extra. The plastic stripping and springs tend to fall off when putting the chair together. Given the price, I thought the quality of the materials, instructions and items delivered would be of better quality, but clearly not.

In hindsight, I should have gone for a refurbished Herman Miller and paid £100 more than settle for this over priced chair.

Be very careful when considering this product.

Purchased a T2 Pro with bamboo top. Delivery was quick. The desk is good quality and easy to assemble, the frame is very stable and rises/falls quickly. The curved bamboo top is a perfect size for my space, its fantastic looking and solid. I did have to contact customer services due to a couple of small marks caused by delivery damage to the top, they were responsive and quick to offer a much appreciated offer.

The desk is fine, screws included not great.

Have given 1 as customer service do not respond. I want to return part of the order, and have followed their return request process (emailing them) 3 times in the past week, with no response. Yet they demand return within 30 days of purchase.

Great communications from start to finish and the desk was superb. Simple to follow instructions and although we did have a minor issue (one missing pilot hole) the Maidesite team responded straight away and gave me some money back to make up for the hassle (but the issue in no way effected the desk once built - it’s brilliant and great value for money).
