Worst company ever, do not order! Didn’t deliver orders, won’t respond to emails (3 of my relatives have missing orders). They’ve taken the money but won’t respond. Will be reporting them to trading standards. They’ve rebranded as the Hijab Company- stay away from them

Ordered hijab in a lot of time for event still have t heard from them three weeks later I must have emailed them over twenty times ridiculous’ stay away from this con merchant of a company absolutely ridiculous calling themselves a business when they lack main aspect customer service Stay well away’ Allah swt is fair so if you robbed me you will pay in hereafter’

Their customer service is non existent
They do not responds to emails no matter how many times you contact them
I ordered a few items online and they only gave me the one item and still charged for me for everything
I had to get a refund from the bank

I ordered a large order from this brand on Eid this year. They did not ship the order until i reached out asking multiple times through their Facebook page, at which point the person apologized and shipped out soon enough. They made a mistake with writing in my address but then fixed it. When the hijabs finally arrived, it was a hit/miss quality wise. The cotton blend and modal hijabs were really nice but the Crepe ones had threads coming out. There was also an issue with one of my hijabs being the wrong fabric. I reached out via Facebook again and through the email provided to correct the issue and no one helped. The person on Facebook through the page replied and then never followed up to other messages. It’s such a shame because the hijabs are actually quite nice and reasonably priced. But I won’t be ordering again due to the unpredictability of even getting the order and having to hound the brand to ship and update orders. They are not receptive and it takes weeks to get a reply.

Do not order from this company! I have checked Company’s House, they are listed as dissolved. Ignore any email offers that you may receive from them.

I used to order hijabs from them for many years without any issues.
But in February 23, I placed an order and a hijab was missing, they sent the missing hijab and gave an extra one as a gift.
In October 23, I placed an order did not receive my order. I emailed, sent dm on Instagram, used their chat on the website. Not a single reply!

What is worse is that they still send out emails with offers!!
I liked this company for years and recommended it so many people. I’ve been reluctant to believe that they could be doing this on purpose and thought they had technical issues. I have given them the benefit of doubt for several months.

I finally decided to check Company’s House and they’ve had issues since February 23 (which is when the issues with my orders started).

I am all for supporting small businesses. But right now they appear to be scamming their customers.
It’s totally unethical.
It’s a real shame how they’ve treated their loyal customers.

Please do not waste your money and time on this website.

Terrible company. If we could gove 0 stars we would. My wife ordered £50 worth of hijabs in mid-December but not delivered. Multiple emails sent with no response from them. Will be sure to raise this with trading standards. Sad that this is a muslim company acting with such dishonesty.

DO NOT order. They have no intention on sending your order they are just taking your money. I urge you all to Google the company’s name and do your research on who owns the business and pull them up about it. It just takes a few clicks. They have other aesthetic businesses which are active. They don’t reply to emails and have disabled their comments on Instagram. They sent me a email for Black Friday in 2023 and I placed a small order and still not received any correspondence or refund etc. DO NOT ORDER

This is the last time I order from this company. I’ve been ordering from them for a couple of years now but since May 2023 everything has changed. I ordered hijabs worth £50 in May 2023 and up until today I never received them. They ignored my 10 emails bunch of scammers. I ordered again last week and still haven’t received my hijabs. Please avoid them they don’t respect customers. Whoever owns this company if you’re Muslim you know the rules of Islam that you should NOT deceive people. You will be questioned about my £75 worth of hijabs that I never received on the day of judgement. I will never forgive.

My order nr 30244 is missing since 26 November 2023, noone is replying to messages, customer service is non-existent. I want a refund ASAP

Ordered the gift hijab set, unfortunately this was not delivered! Sent 5/6 emails and no reply.. luckily paid with klarna so didn't lose out. To be honest I don't think this company exists anymore, so please refrain from ordering anything from this website .

Placed an order end of August says 2-5 day’s delivery uk I emailed them on 3 occasions after 2 weeks No reply I sent message on there social media page No reply I set up a chat in the chat box No reply I would not recommend this company to anyone still not revived my order next step the bank to get money back

I ordered two weeks and my order still hasn’t been dispatched… I have emailed them four times but no response… this is quiet upsetting and disgusting behaviour.

The worst online shop ever, they dispatched my order 1 week late despite several emails telling them to cancel it a day after placing my order.

I’ve ordered from Mai hijabs so many times and they’ve always fulfilled all my orders on time and the quality is amazing.
I live in Dubai and I’ve ordered it to Dubai so many times and even when I come to the UK to my in laws I’ve ordered it here. Just today I received the creased chiffon black scarf and I love it.

Ordered items more than 2 weeks back, paid for express shipping, haven’t received any delivery yet. Tried to communicated with them but no response at all. Totally fraud

If I could give anything below I would do solely because of the customer service. I spent over £400 with this store and items were missing from my order almost everytime. I emailed them initially and they refunded me for one item still never received the other missing item - since then they have ignored the messages I sent online via their chat service and ignored my email. I will be reporting it further - it’s not about the money it’s the principle of if someone has paid for it provide them with the product or the standard of customer service for them to want to return. Funny how they are active of Instagram but don’t check/respond to emails.

I have brought some scarves paid in full but unfortunately I still have not received my items I have emailed them also numerous times but not one reply I feel very upset and frustrated that I didn't receive anything. All I can say is I been ripped off.

Bought 7 Hijabs. Only 6 delivered. Payment however taken in full. Emailed them 3 times to rectify this over 2 weeks but no response despite their website saying they would reply in 24 hours.

Shocking and dishonest.

I will not be ordering again nor would I recommend them to anyone based on this experience.

I received the scarves one was fine other not even hijab fabric. I emailed stating this and they said can return I asked where to no response. Awful I guess I got luck by not ordering a lot even so paying £9 for trouser fabric is joke but I guess lesson learnt avoid. Guess that’s how thse people make their money misleading people

I have ordered from this company in hope of being able to return the hijabs as they have so clearly stated they can do on their website. Now, one month later and I have received no acceptance of my return request to be able to send back these hijabs and I am stuck with £30 worth of hijabs that I will no longer wear. I have tried to email them several times and have received no response.
