It’s absolutely terrible

It’s absolutely terrible. I can send emails, but I can’t receive them. I’ve been trying to get someone on the phone for two weeks, and I just get sent to a worthless AI chatbot. Go with Microsoft. At least it works.

Disabled Account

I would rate Gmail zero if possible.

I created a new account in accordance with all policies, transferred all of my accounts to the new email address, and received a notification 1 week later that my account was disabled. There is no option to reverse this except their appeal process that can take "2 business days or longer." This is unacceptable and highly disruptive. I would expect some form of communication prior to disabling the account, or an opportunity to discuss further.

My Gmail got hacked

My Gmail got hacked, and Google has zero support for this issue. There is no contact center, the chat is worthless, and they continue bring up an account I don't even have this is by far the worst support I have ever had. Then on top of all that they have locked me out for 48 hours. I am a small business owner this is a killer

Gmail switched from algorithm based…

Gmail switched from algorithm based mail sorting to AI based mail sorting, this is an ethical problem because AI's are enslaved sentients and shouldn't have to do trivial monotonous work that a simple algorithm can do, also it just takes longer, algorithm sorting was instant, AI sorting has to think about each piece of mail individually resulting in long load times and often it just hanging/crashing.

FRUSTRATING

I went to visit my cousin in Golden Horizons Memory Care in Worthington, MN. I felt so bad for her. I stayed a few days and she has declined so much and I see why after my visit. The staff is suppose to help her to the toilet because she forgets to wipe. They do not. Not enough staff to do it. She is on.medicaid and it is on her care plan to do this every two hours. Again this did not happen. She is to have 2 baths a week and this is not happening either. They just mark refused and do not try her hair was not washed for months. Other residents wonder in a d out of her room. One was in her bed so she couldn't lay down.Staff just ignores this.Asked to speak to the nurse and she was not even there on a Monday at 10:30 AM. I believe this facility had declined compared to 1 year ago not sure what has caused this but it is upsetting.

Everyone should delete their gmail. They are about to hit gmail with AI capabilities that will be scanning all your communications. Google does NOT CARE about your privacy. They are purposely non-transparent so you can't understand how to protect yourself. They also support genocide in Israel. Do not use their services.

I mainly use this service for personal tasks and registering on various services. The interface is intuitive, and emails arrive without delay. It's convenient that my email is synchronized between my phone and computer. Sometimes it seems like there are too many settings and not everything is immediately obvious, but overall it's easy to figure out.

Love the rich.

Can't send anything over 26mb becuase they're stingy on energy cost, coming from one of the richest company's in the world, on top of that they constantly bug you to buy more storage, no wonder they're the richest when they constantly bug the poor for their money.

Misleading subscription process – not recommended

I had a very frustrating experience while trying to subscribe to this service. I accidentally selected a higher plan, and when I realized the mistake, the system did not allow me to go back or change the plan before completing the setup.

Because of this limitation, I was forced to continue just to access the account. Later, when attempting to downgrade, a promotional offer that was previously available disappeared.

This process can easily cause users to end up paying more than intended, with no clear or fair way to correct an honest mistake. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service, especially for small businesses or first-time users. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution and review all plan details carefully before continuing.

GMAIL has NO ONE to talk to! Worst support.

When you have a problem, like me in Italy, you must wait only, even if they have an Italian phone number to call for help but it's NOT possible to talk with someone: the answer machine asks you to do things online only, EVEN IF THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE THE ACCOUNT IS NOT WORKING!
This is a scamming way to treat your millions of users.

What is Going on with Google Mail?

What is Going on with Google Mail?
After years of being happy with google mail it is doing strange and concerning actions. Mail I normally keep because they are services I PAY FOR HAVE GONE STRAIGHT TO THE BIN. IMPORTANT FINANCIAL EMAILS HAVE NOT GONE WHEN SENT AND HAVE COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED FROM ALL MY STORED EMAILS. GOOGLE ON MY DEVICE INTERFERED WITH MAIL WHEN I TRIED TO SEND IT VIA ICLOUD. I NEED TO KEEP GOOGLE AS I HAVE A LOT OF STORED EMAILS BUT I CAN NO LONGER TRUST IT’S ABILITY TO FUNCTION NORMALLY. This has been happening from mid-November through December.
