I am Writing constantly for weeks to close this account.
I've been told to verify myself.
I was hacked to some insane level by pro hackers for no reason..im an absokute nobody, 2fa taken over plus my emails don't send from inside this mailfence account.. I have told them to close the HACKED ACCOUNT FOR WEEKS..and they still haven't done it!!!

They tell u to loginto the hacked account, and as a result, I have had another device hacked! THANKS MAILFENCE! THANKS BITDEFENDER! THANKS PROTON! AND THE OTHER 3 COMPANIES WHO DID THE SAME!!!
The protocols of these online companies is insane
Not mailfence but all these companies...NEED to seriously rethink what the hell they r doing...
U tell them u r hacked, and then they tell u to login to that address....doing so has caused yet another device to be hacked!!!
The people running these online companies need to seriously rethink their protocols for fraud hacking and confirming identities. THEY HAVE NO CLIE WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON.
I haven't gotten help from many of the companies and I'm a victim of a major crime!!

IS THAT A JOKE...IM HACKED, UNABLE TO LOGIN THEN THEY TELL ME I NEED TO PAY FOR MY MAILFENCE ACCOUNT FOR THEM TO CLOSE IT.
IS IT A SCAM OR WHAT? I SHOULD INPUT MY CREDIT CARD TO A HACKED ACCOUNT WHERE MY EMAILS DONT SEND AND I CANT LOGIN MYSELF WITHOUT A BACK UP KEY???

Mailfence is prompt, secure, and easy to navigate and use.

I´ve used mailfence for private use for over 2 years now and I am generally happy with it. I enjoy the privacy very much however a couple of email never reached me - probably due to security system. I have never given a go for payable version so can´t speak on that one !

Could Support be any lazier? I don't think so. If there is a problem, they don't explain what it is. They don't even bother to use your name: Dear

Mailfence offers a secure and private email service that allows you to send and receive emails (as you probably already do 100's of times a day), but in a way that really respects your privacy, because the company has encryption designed into their service so that nobody (including themselves) can read your emails. They are super honest in what the service can and can't do (no "fine-print in legalese" shenanigans to worry about). Also, very easy to use!

I have been using mailfence for sometime. Needed to contact support and these guys have been the best. Ali has been very patient and very professional. They respond within a reasonable time and resolved the various issues I caused. I can recommend mailfence for your next secured email service.

I've been with Mailfence for about two and a half years. I like the privacy and I've had no spam or scam emails. However they block certain emails from reaching me altogether, including ones from my bank. I will be looking for a new email account since the app stopped working. It kept kicking me out and then eventually I couldn't log in at all. I decided to uninstall the app and then reinstall it. I followed the install instructions but there are no three dots that I need to click on anywhere on my screen. So I cannot install it.

Security and privacy done right, with little need for back-end tweaking. Comfort of data residing in Belgium and easy encryption to thwart man-in-the-middle attacks. The interface is incredibly well thought-out. I've found the search feature to be more accurate Office 365's. You can instantly pull up the message count simply by right clicking a folder. You can also download your entire mailbox in a single click. It may seem expensive at first but if you take full advantage of your plan it's not so bad. The Pro plan is $10/mo and you can host 7 domains and 70 aliases. The aliases aren't "receive only" so it's more like 70 full-on email addresses (in one inbox). I wouldn't use this for business email for more than a handful of users but that's simply based off the mass adoption of MS Exchange based email in the workplace. My only constructive criticism is you should have your support hours listed on your website. Way to go Mailfence team! 👍

I Have Lost My Password and 2FA AND Recovery Email. The odds of getting my email back was near impossible and I understood this but we talked through it and I managed to regain access. This is very rare high customer support standard. Bravo.

They have locked my account because I haven’t signed in for 210 days. They are asking me to pay 12 months subscription plus bank transfer fees to recover my account. *DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE* It’s an extortion.

*UPDATE as of 05-04-2023.* They have unlocked my account now and I have recovered my data. This was only done after I have done a review of their service with a low score on TrustPilot.

I understand Mailfence need to manage their data etc and that’s why they delete inactive accounts. *BUT* You need to give customers an ”OPPORTUNITY“ to back up their data before you delete their account. That means send a SMS Message or send an email to an Alternative/back up email address to give your customers an “OPPORTUNITY” to retrieve data. No point sending an email message to an email address which doesn’t get accessed frequently.

Mailfence dropped my account for lack of use, my guess, so I can NO longer LOGIN, because they are not providing me any account any longer!
SO, any of the 6 Sites I used to login to with their email to get into the site, no longer get any signin email to login with!

Hello, I've been with mailfence for 4 plus years, and have NOT had anything, what so ever go wrong, nor any mishaps, with this excellent service!
And I've been recommending this provider to most anyone whom really wants to get a non-snoop email provider!

Supports all my devices and allows me to manually add those which might not be supported. Also keeps a nice design, not overly complex nor overly flashy.

The price is no biggie, when comparing what I get to what I have to sacrifice.

Great documentation, trusted Belgian company. Very transparent and active on social media.

Using Mailfence for over a year with Pro Subscription and in total four accounts. Each family member has an own account. Yes, this service is costly, but I like the service and will not change to another provider.
EAS works very well, and IMAP/SMTP is a must for the other family members.
Everything works flawlessly, and the support helped every time with requests I have raised very fast.

These scamers block my account after 210 days without logging in and stole my PERSONAL DATA, suport not working, avoid them at all cost, awful experience with them

Mailfence is the best email service provider I've ever seen. Their website is fast and uses minimal system resources. Their webmail interface is unequaled, as is the reliability of their service. Settings are easily accessible and configurable. It's unique to find an email provider that doesn't discard legitimate mail, but Mailfence meets this qualification superbly. Migrating mail to their service isn't easy, but some secure email providers don't even allow migrations. Of all the email service providers in the entire world, the Mozilla Foundation endorses Mailfence exclusively for use with their Thunderbird email client.

The servies was very good and quick.

The interface looks nice and is also veert quik, when you have some times slow internet as i have.
