MailPilot keeps your emails out of spam. MailPilot is an email warmup and deliverability platform for cold-email teams, agencies and SaaS companies that need their mail to reach the inbox. New or neglected mailboxes land in spam because inbox providers don't trust them yet. MailPilot builds that trust by having your mailboxes exchange emails with real mailboxes in our network. Those mailboxes open, reply, rescue messages from spam and move them out of Promotions. Daily volume ramps up gradually, so your reputation grows steadily instead of spiking. What makes us different - Placement you can see. Most tools give you one "warmup score." MailPilot shows whether your mail lands in the inbox, Promotions or spam, separately for Gmail and Outlook. - Unlimited mailboxes on every paid plan. You pay for daily volume, not per inbox, so agencies with many mailboxes pay far less. - Warm up with your own copy. Use your own templates, and see analytics for each one showing which lands best. - Agency workspaces. Give each client a separate workspace with a read-only login. Clients see only their own mailboxes. - Setup checks. We check SPF, DKIM, DMARC, blacklists and bounces, and explain in plain English how to fix what's wrong. Connect Gmail, Outlook or any SMTP/IMAP mailbox in minutes. Plans start free, paid plans start at $9/month, and every plan comes with a 7-day trial that needs no credit card. Support comes from a real person, not a ticket queue.

real emails as a template-excellent feature

This warmup is really good. you can add your own real emails as a template. i have added more than 40 of my email variations as templates. And another feature which i like is the ability to pause email if bounce rates crosses certain threshold. That is pretty good deal. It shows how many emails are ready for outreach and how many needs more warmup. i have been using it from past 2 months and really loving it.
