From the initial booking at the office to the boiler service, a very professional service. The engineer was on time, friendly and tidied up after himself. A few hours after the service, we noticed a small leak. A quick call to the office, engineer returned and sorted it, no problem 👍

Excellent reliable & friendly service. Each time I've called for help with the boiler an engineer has fixed it the same day. Communication is excellent via email or phone and very easy & quick to pay bills which are always reasonably priced.

Had my boiler serviced and it was discovered that a new washer was needed. This was all fixed in less than 24 hours.Excellent service again by this friendly helpful company.

I called Mains Gas Brecon as I had a leak on my LPG boiler. They came out the same day to inspect and by the next morning I had 2 detailed quotations of work as we had asked for.
They came and fitted the new boiler the following week, we are very happy with the work that was undertaken. We did have a small leak but they came out straight away to correct it. I can’t fault their service.
They were clean, tidy and quiet whilst in our home. I found them to be very respectful.

When booking the appointment the ladies in the office were very helpful and the gas fitter turned up when scheduled, was polite and done a good job.

Nathan, was excellent, he was very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. He even remembered that he helped to install my system when he was an apprentice along with the owner of the Company Lee, some six years ago now.

A big thank you on so many levels. Great friendly service and very responsive and timely too. When our boiler suddenly stopped working the team quickly fitted a new and extremely efficient Worcester boiler, which worked well with our Nest system. What started as a chilly week, ended up being very toasty. Special thanks to Cath, Lee and Tristan.

I needed a new boiler fitted urgently and visited the Mains Gas office in Brecon ,the first point of contact in the office was the receptionist Cath who immediately put me at ease regarding my problems with the boiler I felt she knew exactly what to recommend .After a quick discussion with the owner about availability of a suitable new boiler and a date it could be fitted my heating issue was resolved.The whole team in Mains Gas are very friendly helpful and above all efficient I felt nothing was too much trouble! I am pleased to say the boiler is now fitted and working well.If I have anything else that needs replacing in the future I shall have no hesitation in returning to Mains Gas they are great !

First time using Mains Gas and wish I had thought of them before. Efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. Serviced my LPG boiler but offered far more by way of advice and as a delightful surprise, in an industry prone to appalling over pricing, the cost was extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them and intend to use them for an extensive UFH refit later this year

Contacted mains gas for a quote to fit 4 radiators,Lee came next day and provided a competitive quote within the hour,and booked us in for the next week. Tristan the engineer came and fitted the rads and a hive system,he was respectful of our property and did a great job. We experienced a leak and contacted mains who sent an engineer out straight away and the problem was sorted. Great service thank you.

Had a disaster with my boiler water everywhere Lee was absolutely amazing turned up on a Sunday sorted everything out could not recommend this company anything other than 100% Amazing service thank you
