Lack of communication was the biggest issue here. The website did not state at all that this was a direct from retailer product and even said next day delivery. It took nearly 3 weeks to finally get a reply from someone. Once the communication started then it wasn't an issue, apart from the fact that neither watch was in stock at all.
Mainspring stock some outstanding watches but their communication are dire and the only phone number is a premium number which I won't call on principle.

This was my first experience of ordering from Mainspring and it could not have been better.

I ordered x2 watches but one other packing boxed arrived damaged, far too damaged for the postal service as the outer box had one small dent on the corner so my assumption is it was posted out like it?
I have emailed the company twice with no reply

As a collector of watches, I stumbled on this website & found some very nice watches.
I bought two Nubeo timepieces, the Ventana in the green, a gorgeous watch & one that I bought in the Black Friday deals, the commander (yellow) 'Star Trek'. Looks like a novelty watch but it sooooo isn't, a proper head turner, both are built like a tank!
Both arrived in good time, so a good service overall!
