I contacted this company because they had good reviews, the plumber arrived on time and was very pleasant, the job was to fit 2 taps, bath and basin, l also asked for new bath panels, Scott suggested l found a handy man to do the panels, after removing the bath panels he found that the hot bath supply pipe was damaged and had to be replaced, Scott did a good job, but kept popping out, l was charged for 4 hours l do not consider that fair l will leave it at that maybe the company will do the right thing. Highly recommend! Have used Maintracks on numerous occasions for myself and family members, mainly for boiler installation or services and they have never let us down. Needed a plumber urgently yesterday for an elderly relative with a leaky pipe and James went above and beyond spending time to thoroughly investigate the issue and coming back today to replace old lead pipes with new. He did a very professional job and clearly explained everything he had done as well as leaving the job spotless on completion. Definitely the first company I would call for any plumbing or electrical issues.

Toby arrived within an hour of enquiry and was able to replace the immersion there and then. Very efficient service. Would highly recommend :)

Highly recommend! From the person I spoke to on the phone and to the engineer that came out, they both had a positive ‘can do and will do’ attitude. Very polite, clear and honest. The engineer didn’t mess about and worked as fast as he could. The engineer had resolved my issue in 20mins, saying it to be ‘easy’, however 3 other plumbers/boiler specialists was unable to resolve my hot water issue. Just shows how skilled these Mainttracts engineers are. Another positive point to add is from the time I called, I was promised someone out to me in a few hours and someone actually came even sooner. Which was a pleasant surprise.

I called to have a new shower fitted . They sent someone out a few hours later and Toby completed the job within an hour . Fast and friendly service I have used before and would use again .

After moving to a new property, I faced a couple of emergency plumbing situations with no pressure and no hot water. Maintracts were able to send out emergency help at short notice on weekends and both times I received consistent high quality service and delivery from Toby and the team. From fixing the initial issue to resolving the wider issue and replacing the whole water cylinder, Toby provided v helpful guidance and assistance. 10/10 recommend the team - am v relieved to have the shower and hot water back and upgraded!

I had an invented water heater that needed to be replaced. Toby was great. Very experienced and really explained everything. It was all very reliable and transparent from start to finish. Incredibly punctual and trustworthy. Excellent service and I would highly recommend.

Toby came to install a thermal water storage heater for me. The job was completed in a few hours, including removing the old heater and replacing it with the new one. He also fixed a leak whilst here. Excellent service and a clear explanation of the new heater. Would definitely recommend.

We were going through a period that we don't have enough time and everything is going wrong!

We got a leak from our toilet, a clogged sink and a clogged waste disposal unit. We were also concerned about COVID.

Harrison went over and beyond in fixing all these problems and he was very professional, friendly and respectful of our COVID worries and wore mask all the time.

He was very well equipped for every situation. He has fixed everything perfectly and swiftly. He also explained us the problems and how we can avoid them in the future.

Overall, we were so happy how everything was handled. They are definitely our go-to plumbers!

Malcolm fixed the low pressure on my gas boiler. He was extremely prompt, helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him.

Couldn’t recommend Maintracts highly enough. We had two false starts with another plumber to fit bare metal column radiators which became a real headache over several months but on contacting Maintracts they were really helpful and clear over email on our options. On the day, Toby was worked really hard to complete the job to a very high standard and was v straightforward to deal with throughout with no fuss. Our new column radiators with copper piping look fantastic. Highly recommend Maintracts

Came home to no power in the flat, meaning the boiler was also off. Panic didn't last long, as Malcolm answered the phone immediately and helped find the root of the issue, providing guidance via facetime. Couldn't recommend more.

I had two problems, very low pressure in our shower and some of our radiators weren’t heating properly. Toby from Maintracts attended. He was fast, efficient and very friendly, solving both problems within an hour. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Having had another plumber come to a call out and fail to identify the issue 6 weeks previously, Daniel came out when our central heating was down at short notice on a Saturday. He pretty instantly diagnosed the problem, was so personable and friendly and explained things really clearly. Came back on the Monday to fit the part and the whole thing was a great experience. Couldn't speak more highly of Daniel or the service in general from the company. Will always use them for any future plumbing issues and would highly recommend.
