The call you can't take is still a customer deciding. Small service businesses run on the phone. The problem is that the people who answer it are the same people doing the work - under a sink, on a roof, or already on another call. So calls go to voicemail, and the caller dials the next company on the list. MairyAI answers instead. Mairy picks up on the first ring, day or night, and says clearly that this is an AI. Most callers stay on the line anyway. Mairy asks the questions your business needs answered - what is wrong, where, and how urgent - offers the appointment times you actually have open, and books one. Any caller who wants a person can ask for one at any point. Afterwards you get the appointment already in your calendar, a recording and a full transcript of the call, a summary emailed to the caller, and the intent, the urgency and the next step pulled out of the conversation for you. You do not build anything. Answer a short set of questions about how your business runs, and your agent is live within a day. Point your existing number at Mairy, or use the one we provide. Plans run from $199 a month for 500 minutes to $1,499 for 5,000, with setup included on every one. Spam calls are not billed, there is no per-minute meter, and no rounding up. For comparison, a receptionist at the national median wage costs roughly $54,000 a year with benefits, for forty hours a week. Built for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing and other home services, and for property management and real estate. 14 days free. No card.

I´m using this for my clinic

I´m using this for my clinic, and it´s been working great! Now I don´t have to stress anymore when I´m with a customer because I know the call will be answered and scheduled anyways.
