Damaged items
I ordered a F22 set up, and also several attachments including upgraded pulleys, lat pull down extender, and leg holder.
The packaging isn’t great and several items arrived damaged with scratches on the finish. For the cost of their items they should protect the items better. You can’t send back several hundred pounds of boxes do just stuck with scratched up equipment.

I love this bench
I love this bench. I wanted a bench that had lots of positions and was quick and easy to change from one to the next. This is that bench! The padding is comfortable and the length is good. It came quickly and was easy to put together. It appears to be well made, and I expect that it will last for many years.

Good equipment glad I purchased
Good equipment glad I purchased. Only issue I had was pieces came scratched up. Customer service worked with me on resolving the issue just thought they could have done a little more being I paid roughly $4000 total and the high quality that was advertised.

Disappointed with the customer…
I was disappointed with the customer service experience. It was very difficult to reach a representative, and email responses were inconsistent. I submitted a request for replacement screws, but never received a response. I also reached out with questions regarding attachments that came with the equipment and did not receive any follow-up. While the product itself may have merit, the lack of timely communication and support made the overall experience frustrating.

B17 Flying Fortress
I purchased the B17 Flying Fortress with the AH64 Apache Bench. This bench is like sitting on a sheet of plywood. Super hard! For some this may be great, but I’m 60 years old and would like it to be a little more comfortable. I went to return it and was told shipping would be at my expense. It cost $212 to ship back! I also feel like the grade of metal used and the pulley system could be a little better. It doesn’t compare to gym quality machines. In my honest opinion, this unit is overpriced.

Pretty awesome, a few tweaks away from perfect
I like the machine a lot.
Pros:
Smooth, all the attachments I need, well built. The dual pulley system on each side to halve the weight is pretty awesome, lets me do any light work I need to. I’ve been getting good workouts in on this.
Cons:
I bought the extra arm for lat pull downs, and it is still not tall enough. The cable for that extra arm is also not long enough to get a full ROM. Needs to be about 1 foot longer so I don’t bottom out on either end.
Be nice if the smith bar could be a bit higher when not in use so I don’t have to duck under it.

B17 Flying Fortress
The shipping arrived early and the instruction manual for assembly was great. Lots of detail and photos that made it easy to get together and begin working out. The machine itself has quality parts and coatings that I think will hold up to the conditions in my garage. The dual pulley system works well without binding.
The only negative was the free T-Shirt and Hoodie, I was not able to pick the size but thats ok. My wife has some Major Fitness gear now. Thank you.

i found what i wanted on Major Fitness’s website. I bought a pair of 2x3, 1” peg J cups…They are built very well and they are priced very well , way below most competitors… they are exactly what i needed. i have a different power cage, other than a Major Fitness cage. I know… I know… it’s not recommended for a different product… but the specs are exactly the same. THEY work GREAT! the shipping was fast and the product was packed well. it came intact and on time. Poorly Packed Products! Preventable Damage During Transit
Though I am content with my B52 Pro Smith Machine, I am very disappointed with the condition it arrived in.
First of all, when I ordered the B52 Pro, I also ordered the leg extension attached. I arrived damaged. Fortunately, just cosmetic. But, it was packed in flimsy cardboard inadequate to sustain the rigors of transportation.
The B52 Pro arrived with multiple scratched and chips. One the the back support pillars had a bent base plate that I had to hammer out. I decided to do this because of the long, delayed time my B52 Pro was delivered. Who knows how long it would have taken to get a replacement support pillar. There were also multiple chipped weight plates. Again, these items were inadequately pack with flimsy cardboard and absolutely no interior packing material to protect the multiple components and to immobilize them within the container to prevent damage during transportation.
I recently order their weight extension pins. They arrived damaged, too. They were basically put in a plastic bags and separated by a flimsy piece of cardboard. No other packing material to immobilize the items from moving around during transit and damaging each other.
Major Fitness does not adequately pack their products to sustain the rigors of transportation. Major Fitness's default response is "I can assure you our products leave in perfect conditions and were mishandled during shipment." This is absolute nonsense. I wish TrustPilot allowed photo uploads, so you can see how poorly packed the components were, all the damage that my order sustained. The damage was not caused my mishandling during transportation, it was caused by inadequate packing for protection during shipment.
Again, I am content with the B52 Pro, but dissatisfied and disappointed in the condition it arrived, which was completely preventable if appropriately packed and protected.
