I don't understand the bad reviews. He hasn't blown my account yet. I've been using it for a long time. Good consistent profits can be made with the right settings. Overall a good EA.

Customer service sucks. I cannot speak to the performance of the bot because it has yet to work. Since making the purchase on March 18, 2022, and installing it on my account, it has not taken a single trade. Reached out to support email, on Instagram, Facebook and the chat option found on the website but have yet to get a response.

extremely bad service and very not helpful at all. Bought the EA and asked about the settings but received very bad and not helpful at all. This EA blown my account and I closed the account hence requested to have the password to my new opened account with different broker they refused to do it for me hence unable to use the EA despite the fact that I have already PAID for it.

An average response to client support case needs more prompt response

So far, I am satisfied. You must follow the recommended settings! Otherwise you may lose money! The robot works very well otherwise. The only thing that bothers me is the slow response to emails and questions.

These guys are still lying. They are still running away from refunding me and from paying affiliate marketing money. They are a disgrace to fx community. I wish I can know which country they are in so I can take a legal action on them

Gold EA works perfectly for me. Simply setup. I always control the value of the max lot. My account balance began with $500

The robot doesn't work unless you have at least $1000 per chart account balance. they don't tell you this before buying. I only have one chart open and it hasn't placed a trade yet so I can't give it a good review. No way of knowing if it even works

Look back at the bad rating here, these are genuine post from victims of buyer that bought the EA but in return they get and suffer from all the poor support and the EA which not working. I'm one of them which I posted earlier. Bought the EA and can't use since January and the Support experience I can tell you is super annoying and not helping. They just delay to response to you and till now im no getting back my request to refund despite the EA is not working at all and they know since I have complain even before 14 days expiry.
