i have asked many times the support to reinstall the ea since i had problems on my pc..no answer i received..this is not absolutely the way..i bought the ultra Piper ea and i should have received a support for any problems..i really wanted to buy the gold ea but in these conditions i can not anymore
They read my messages and dont reply to my requests..when i was on the way to PURCHASE the ea they always were available on Telegram..
pay attention for the new clients..

There is no backtest
There is no backtest, means we cant know how this EA performance in the long run. We are just trust this EA blindly. If there is a backtest capability, at least we can do some optimization to avoid burst of account when the turbulence occurs.

they sold me a robot with 188 usd and…
they sold me a robot with 188 usd and it is not working at all. i asked for refund and they rejected by saying 1 week later then 2 weeks then 1 month. beware of them, they are scammers. they also sell other peopls' robots like bounce trader by leapfx and claim it is theirs.
dont ever trust this is my experience with them.

Beware everyone
Beware everyone, they are scam. They will only talk until you send them money. I bought EA 18 days ago and license is still not working. So i am not able to use it. The best they can do is reply that everything is fine at our end and will pass 14 days, then no reply. I even offered them to have remote access to my computer and check the problem themselves and they said our expert will contact you, then they just use delaying tactics. They will never refund. I can share proof of emails if anyone needs, can contact me. But honestly stay away from them.

Never buy from this company. They will not process any of your refund request even if their product is a scam. They say that their product will be profitable but its not. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
