If I could give a zero rating, I would as my experience with this company has been that bad. I ordered a puzzle for my daughter for Mother’s Day at the beginning of April but it took 8 weeks to get delivered so she would have received it late. When it arrived, the puzzle was contained in a plastic bag (no box for storage), the pieces were still together in sheets and not cut completely through so I had to very carefully separate them, however, due to the thin, flimsy quality of the cardboard, several ripped. In addition, the photo used for the puzzle was cropped in portrait orientation vs landscape (which The original picture was) leaving out parts of the photo and for some strange reason, there was a wide white border around the entire puzzle which looked ridiculous.

I attempted to get my money back ($68) and was told they couldn’t resell the puzzle (????) so they offered a 10% refund. I told them I expected a full refund because the puzzle was ruined so they then offered me 30%, final offer. Unbelievable.......I will never buy from this company again and neither should anyone else.

Customer service was really helpful in making sure I got the custom puzzle ordered right! They really navigated me through the process! My only suggestion is to make sure it prints the right way because the cropping process can be tricky - make sure not to auto-crop!

This company clearly manage a misleading advertising on their express shipping.

I paid for the express shipping and, in a moth, my order don't arrive yet.

I asked them for a third time for my reimbursement on their express shipping, but they don't answer to my request.

They don't accomplish on what they offer!

This puzzle brought lots of joy to a grandmother during quarantine!

Understanding that it's shipping from overseas.. So it may take a little time for it to arrive. I ordered a 1000 piece custom puzzle for my wife and she loves it. Great quality. I would recommend to anyone.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I ordered a pillow for my friend whos dog passed away. I wish I had read reviews before doing so because it took 2 months to get it in the mail. I emailed this company several times to cancel my order and get my money back but they claimed it was not possible.

** Buyer beware. Do not shop from this site.*** If you want a life like pillow, use Life Like Pillows which is where I ordered a pillow from and it arrived SO quickly and the quality was amazing. Highly recommend them

This has to be the worst company I've ever purchased from. The communication is at an all time low, and the help department is the worst. I ordered on the 1st of may, and 30 days later, still nothing.

I absolutely love the puzzle. My parents sent me their favorite photo and I'm surprising them with it for their anniversary! I will find a frame to put it in so they can either keep it there or take it out to put together. What an adorable gift idea. Prompt responses too on my questions. Took 2 weeks from ordering and shipping out to receive. Not a bad wait time at all.

Got my puzzle today. I’m happy with it and I’m sure my parents will be happy with it when they get it as a gift. Only suggestion I can make is to work on having the pieces separated when delivered. I had to spend about an hour breaking all the pieces apart. The back of the pieces have this white paper that tears but it’s all behind the image. Other than that it’s on its way to my parents.

I ordered from this company four puzzles as Easter gifts for my nieces and nephews. The advertisement looked great, what a wonderful gift for my family members, or so I thought.
The quality of the product I received was completely inadequate for the price paid.
At almost $80 aus for just 4 6x4 size cardboard puzzles?? I had expected a far better product.
The product didn’t even come in a box for safe keeping, just a plastic slip.
The images were of very poor quality and cropped badly as my family members heads were cut off from the image. Completing the puzzle is terribly difficult because I am afraid the pieces will tear they are that flimsy.
The order took 6 weeks to get to me so they did not come in time for Easter like I had planned.
I am, however, grateful that I did not order extra things like I was going to and I certainly will not be ordering off you again.

I received the puzzle I ordered, and I must say I am super satisfied! I did email the company on a question I had about delivery. They responded very quickly, and answered all my questions. I will definitely be ordering some more goodies from them :) thank you guys for a great product.

I am very happy with the look of the puzzle I just received from Make Custom Gifts. I was a little thrown off at first when I did not get a real acknowledgment of the order, but sent an email and it was responded to personally and quickly. I ended up emailing with them on 2 other occasions as I was confused and had not really paid attention to the length of time it would take to get the puzzle.
Those email responses were also prompt and courteous. I would not hesitate to order from them again in the future and certainly hope to.

Given that we are the throes of Covid-19, I wasn’t surprised with the delays, however the company was responsive to my follow ups and the final product (puzzle) was terrific! Thank you!

I'd give this site no stars if possible. My friend ordered a mother's day gift that never came. She checked her bank account and is was wiped clean. On Google its under Love Custom Pillows, but it you go to their Instagram page from their Google page the site is called Custom Make Gifts. Do not order from this company. It is a complete SCAM. We've been trying to track them down so we can let people know that they are a SCAM. Please ignore the good reviews and keep your money safe.

I ordered two puzzles with pictures of my sons and wives. They are fabulous!! I love them! I will be ordering more!

Most terrible company I've ever ordered from. It's going on a couple months and I still haven't received my order. I've emailed them 3 times asking for a refund and my request has been ignored. They just keep saying it's on it's way and thanks for my patience. Must be an automatic response they say every time to everyone. Wish I would have googled the reveiws for this company because I would have never ordered from them! They should be shut down!!

It should actually be zero stars rather than one star. The over priced pillows I ordered are misshapen, flat, terrible quality. After spending $91.00 on 2 pillows and contacting the company to let them know how disappointed I am in the defective pillows that they sent, they offered me a 10% refund. $9.00? Really? The garbage sent to me isn't worth $9.00, let alone $91.00. I was told that I should have ordered a different size. Somehow they made it my fault. Now I'm stuck with these pillows that are just going in the trash because I'm too embarrassed to give as gifts, like I had planned. And I'm out nearly a hundred dollars. I will never order from them again.

I ordered a puzzle for my Son’s 40th Birthday of s special picture of three generations. My Son received it and I had never seen him so happy and excited! Great quality product and I think this company for such a unique product. I will be buying some more in the future!! Stay safe
