I ordered some puzzles of very important photos for my daughter asa surprise. She loves them and thinks they’re great! I also had to connect with them on delivery because I made an error and they were immediately responsive and the Shop (formerly Arrive) tracking app was great. Delivery was in a couple of weeks and within expectations. We had a great experience and I’ll likely order more. Thanks!

I really wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from here. I ordered this a month before my husbands birthday and I did not receive the package until 2 weeks later. I did receive My items but it took over a month to receive and when I received my items the pillow you could hardly see the picture on it and the underwear were wayyy to small. My husband is a medium so I ordered large to be safe. A large fits like a size small and has little to no stretch. For sure I will not be ordering from them again.

Do not order from here I only got one of my items and it was defective. They would not give me a refund and it took months to get here. The fabric also was discolored. PayPal didn't even back me up in this purchase. I lost out on 40$. I even shared photos of the defective products stitching and fabric. Also that only one item was received never received the second item purchased.

Do not order from this site!!!!! I ordered three pair of socks for my anniversary gift for my husband in November of last year. No package showed up........ever and still hasn’t 6 months later. I have texted and complained and asked for a refund over and over and all I have gotten is a 20% off and a supposedly new shipment sent. That was in January. This company has no customer service skills what so ever and is still giving me the run around. This is a terrible company which I would highly recommend you don’t order from them. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Terrible customer service. I keep inquiring on when my item will ship as it’s been over a month and they keep sending me the tracking number stating it’s on it’s way. I will never purchase from them again nor will I recommend. They won’t even let me cancel my order. Look else where this company is terrible!

I ordered a pillow for my son. Our dog passed and he was my sons best friend. My son has been struggling with sleeping at night we figured a pillow with his best bud on it would work. I made SURE to order ahead of time so I could have it here in time for his birthday. (First birthday without him) I ordered 4/10/20..was notified 4/15/20 that it was shipped out. (At check out shipping said 4-7 business days) Was given a tracking number yet NOT A SINGLE SHIPPING UPDATE 10 DAYS LATER!!!! It is past my sons birthday. It is PAST the day their website said it should have been here. I am beyond disappointed and I will NEVER use this company again nor will I EVER recommend this company! And the worst part is that they’re blaming the virus. “It could take longer because of covid” ummmm??? I’ve ordered other things from different places. I haven’t had this much of a problem anywhere else!!! Disgraceful!

Worst company ever! I ordered socks for a wedding and prior to ordering, I confirmed that they would arrive on time. I chose the fastest possible shipping of 2-4 days just to be sure. THEY CAME 2 MONTHS LATER. At that point they were useless. I even told them right away that if they didn’t come on time i would like to cancel the order. They went through with it anyways knowing that it wasn’t coming on time. The customer service was awful and at one point offered a 30% refund but never ended up giving it. They have not answered my emails ever since. DO NOT ORDER.

It is now past the promised delivery window and there's no tracking and no delivery. DO NOT ORDER!!!

I Loved the socks I ordered for my husband with my sons Face on them!! Great quality and great customer service!! Will be ordering from them again!

Terrible customer service. I ordered ($101.90) in November 22, 2019, custom pajamas and socks for my wife. On December 11 I contacted them for a tracking number since I had not heard from them. Their response (Sherry Lee) was that it takes 1-3 days to generate a tracking number and 2-5 business days for it to arrive. Understand that both of those schedules had been exceeded. On December 16 the socks arrived, but not the pajamas. I wrote to confirm that the pajamas were on the way. They (Lily Wang) asked me to send them a picture of the items I received. WHAT? I wrote Sherry back since Lily did not appear to know what to do. Lily Wang wrote me back (December 20, with a tracking number, saying I should receive the pajamas in the next 7-9 days. Some time after that, after the fifth time I contacted them, I wrote and told them to just send me a refund. On January 14, 2020, a Linda from the company said that they had shipped the package. In the next sentence, she says that they checked with the shipping company and they cannot locate the package. She asks if they can resend the package. Foolishly, I said yes if I can receive it in a timely manner. On January 30, I write them, asking where the package is. That same day, Linda writes and tells me that they are waiting on my response as to whether they can send me a replacement, or not. I have written several times since, asking for the refund, but I have not heard from them. I would not purchase from them, obviously.

I ordered my item at the end of January hoping to get it by mid-March. I emailed on March 10 and they said it would be shipped out in 3-4 days. Haven't received it yet and it's March 31.

Do not order from this place. I ordered a christmas gift a month before and it arrived after Christmas. Mind you, the order claimed it would arrive 2 weeks before Christmas!! When I emailes to complain, the person had the audacity to ask me to give the gift on another occasion!!! Once I received the items, the order was wrong. I attempted to email a picture of the item as they suggested but they gave me such a hard time!! I sent about 4 pictutes in four different occasions. After sending the picture they asked for a second a measuring tape next to the item. The second, they did not like - for whatever reason. The other 3, they wanted the picture in a different format..

This place is bad so please use your money elsewhere.

I read some negative reviews, but I had a great experience with the personalized pajamas and I simply adore them! They took about 2 1/2 weeks to arrive, but it was well worth the wait. I am 5’ 8” and around 150lbs, so I ordered an XL to be sure I had enough length. The size is perfect! I adore dogs, so custom made pants with an image our family pet was the ideal gift! Thank you!!!

I ordered two customized pillows with sequins since February 11 and they have not arrived yet. I hope to get my order at any time.

ZERO SERO ZERO Stars!! Made and Shipped in China-aka, takes wayyyyy too long for them to ship and adhere to their "Shipping Time". I ordered something for Valentines Day for my husband, purchased well in advance and still paid for EXPIDITED shipping. I finally filed a complaint with paypal 6 weeks later after not receiving the item (that should've been my first red flag that this isn't a credible company). now 8 weeks later I get my item I paid for....um what?? This is a cheap-a$$ company that is fraudulent and be very aware that the items and products on their website are not what you will receive-if you even receive. Oh yeah, and the item I received is a cheap, shiny, spandex gross material. Threw it away-so disgusted with them and their products.

ZERO STARS!!!! Absolute horrible company! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM! They lied about how long it would take to get here. They lied and said they shipped it when they didnt ship it for another two weeks after that! I cancelled the order because why would i need a christmas present in January?! Too late! And now they refuse to refund me for a cancelled order. They have been arguing with me about $23 for 6 weeks! They have ZERO customer service. They dont care about their customers. They have no idea what morals are. They are a fake, lying company! They stole my money, lied to me and refuse to refund me!!

I ordered PJ's in January expected them for Valentine's day.I did not receive them until March.When they finally did arrived I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort.Maybe the delay was caused by the Corona virus..If you don't mind the wait I would recommend buying them.

This place is horrendous! Do not order from them, they sent me a pair of terrible quality boxers with a hole in them and extremely poor quality socks. They want me to pay for shipping to return the product even though it arrived damaged and 6 weeks late.

Like most these reviews i received one of the items I ordered but the other was missing. I ordered about a month and half ago now. The girl I’ve been emailing with sent me a screen shot of a fedex tracking of my package telling me it would arrive yesterday. It never did. I check my mail box today and it’s finally here. So how did she have a fedex tracking # if she mailed it thru usps? Well because she didn’t. She just lied and sent me a bogus tracking thing.
When I open the package I see the jankiest material I’ve ever seen. And they didn’t use the picture I sent them. The cropped my photo and cut the picture in half. It looks horrible. I’m so flipping angry. They refuse to give me a refund. I don’t know whAt next steps would be
