Make Me Royal Reviews 7

Sadly I think this is a scam site. They took money fine but 5 weeks later there is no product, no tracking number, no answer from customer service and no refund.
I cant even review the product - there isnt one!

Das Unternehmen Make Me Royal ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Bei der Menge an Problemen die mit Make Me Royal hatte spiegelt nicht die guten Bewertungen wieder. Vermutlich sind die Bewertungen alle irgendwie getürkt. Vermutlich wird meine Bewertung auch gar nicht auf deren Webseite veröffentlich. Ich bin mal gespannt.
Zu den Fakten: Ich habe insgesamt zwei Bilder bei Make Me Royal bestellt. Das erste Bild kam auch noch einigermaßen zeitnah an und war von der Qualität akzeptabel. Leider hält es MMR Nicht für nötig Trekking Nummern zu senden die man in Deutschland verwenden rauslesen kann.
Das zweite Bild war eine Voll Katastrophe. Das fing schon damit an dass man es nicht geschafft hat ein Gesichtsbild vernünftig in die Vorlage ein zu setzen ohne dass es aussieht wie eine aufgeklebte Briefmarke. Ich muss ein völlig anderes Gesichts-Bild hochladen damit die Qualität einigermaßen harmonisch aussah. Das erste zugesandte Gemälde hatte eine völlig andere Qualität als das erste. Es war hochglänzend und sah aus wie ein Poster als denn ein Gemälde. Es passte von der Struktur gar nicht zum ersten Bild. Nach der ersten Beschwerde bekam ich ein weiteres Bild. Dieses Bild war viel zu groß und passt du nicht zu der Rahmengröße. Somit war der Kopf und die Füße sozusagen um die Bilder Rahmen Ecke getackert. Ein absolutes Armutszeugnis das Qualitätsmanagement. So etwas muss doch jemand sehen wenn es gefertigt wird. Das Schlimmste aber ist die Kommunikation von Make Me Royal. Teilweise hat man 14 Tage lang gar nichts von dem Unternehmen gehört. Ich musste mit deinem Anwalt drohen. Letzten Endes habe ich aufgrund des geringen Streitwertes verzichtet und dann doch PayPal eingeschaltet. In der Hoffnung, dass ich mein Geld wieder bekomme. Ich kann nur von diesem Unternehmen warnen-Ich würde ihr kein Produkt mehr kaufen

The company Make Me Royal is an ABSOLUTE DISASTER. With the amount of problems that i had with Make Me Royal does not reflect the good reviews. Probably the reviews are all faked somehow. Probably my review will not even be on their website either. I'll be curious to see.
About the facts: I ordered a total of two pictures from Make Me Royal. The first picture arrived reasonably promptly and was of acceptable quality. Unfortunately, MMR does not consider it necessary to send trekking numbers that you can use in Germany.
The second picture was a complete disaster. It already started with the fact that they did not manage to put a face picture into the template without it looking like a glued-on stamp. I had to upload a completely different face picture so that the quality looked somewhat harmonious. The first image sent had a completely different quality than the first one. It was glossy and looked more like a poster than a painting. It did not match the structure of the first picture at all. After the first complaint, I got another picture. This picture was much too big and did not fit the frame size. Thus, the head and feet was so to speak tacked around the pictures frame corner. An absolute poverty testimony the quality management. Something like this must see someone when it is manufactured. But the WORST is the communication (!) from Make Me Royal. Sometimes you have heard nothing from the company for 14 days. I have to threaten you with your lawyer. In the end, because of the small amount in dispute, I did use PayPal. In the hope that I get my money back. I can only warn of this company-I would never buy their product any more !!!
