Perfect fit Shutters

Thought we had a problem with the sizing of our shutters, rang Paul customer services and he couldn't have been more helpful. When we realised it was our fault got in touch again with Paul.

Great Customer service. Lovely Blinds

I contacted make my blinds as we had a small issue. One of the blinds the slats wouldn't tilt.
I spoke to Paul who was very helpful he sent some instructions which helped my husband to resolve the issue. Which took minutes. Thank you Paul. Love my blinds they look great. Thanks Jacky

PAUL- amazing customer service!

Absolutely amazing customer service - I was on the phone to Paul who stayed on the phone with me for an hour, looking at photos I sent of my window situation trying to work the best way to go around it.

He helped me choose the best way to measure and once I ordered them, contacted the factory for me instantly to ensure they’d make longer chains for my blinds !

Big thank you Paul- you saved me a lot of stress !!!

Amazing quality and best customer service EVER

Just want to say a MASSIVE thank you to make my blinds. I ordered/fitted my blinds Just before Christmas. Brilliant quality i was so please but unfortunately i had A HOUSE FIRE on boxing day which completely ruined them all. I explained to MAKE MY BLINDS what had happened and was offered a FREE reorder. This was absolutely amazing of them and I will always be forever grateful how they offered me this help in a desperate time of need.
I will always recommend MAKE MY BLINDS to everyone and would never go anywhere else in the future. THANK YOU

Dishonest company - false advertising, use someone else.

We have used this company regularly and their blinds are good quality and delivered in a timely fashion, however, the reason for the poor review is they are defrauding customers who utilise top cashback to make their purchasers. We have used topcashback in the past with no issues with makemyblinds. However with our recent order we took advantage of an "exclusive offer" they were offering if purchasing through top cashback for 8.5% cashback, only for this to be declined by makemyblinds for using "an unauthorised discount code." They are claiming this is unauthorised despite the fact it is STILL currently being offered.

They have turned into a dishonest company who utilise false advertising to bait customers into purchases under false promises. A shame really as they were previously honest. I won't be using them again and instead going to one of the many many other companies who offer the exact same products at the same prices whilst treating their customers with respect. I encourage you to not use this company.

If an extra code is applied at checkout, this can cause the cashback claim to be declined — even if the TopCashback offer is still active.
That said, we absolutely do not want any customer feeling misled or let down.

Don’t order from this company!!!

Don’t order from this company!!!! We ordered our blinds from here, for all 7 of our windows, and they are horrific. On the website it states they are a wood, mid brown, they have arrived and they are ORANGE!!! I got in touch with customer service only to be told we should’ve ordered a sample before hand. They will not accept a refund or exchange. So we are now £660 out of pocket, with blinds that are disgusting!!! I would avoid this company. They have done nothing to help us resolve this problem, insinuating it’s our own fault. I’m disgusted with the blinds and customer service.

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered 'perfect fit' honeycomb blinds, they arrived in a timely manner, the quality is very good and they look great. Easy to fit once the first one had been put together and fitted, instructions were clear.
I did have several telephone conversations with the company, every time, they were polite, patient and very helpful. Whilst it is true to say, there was an issue with one of the blinds, the Customer Service Team were absolutely 'on it', going above and beyond to solve the issue. Needless to say, there is no longer an issue and with this in mind, I would not hesitate to recommend this company as their Customer Service Team were excellent.

Light pink blackout roller blinds

Blinds were made perfectly the measurements I gave were spot on an easy to install as I just replaced the other one that was there chose a light pink blackout blinds which for a big 8ft window wasn't easy to find a company to do this so yeh really happy with my purchase 😀
