Very good plushy, very good service. It did arrive almost a month earlier than the tracking number said it would. Additionally, the text message and email said it was from YW Co. which was somewhat confusing.

Shipped with a faulty shipping label and was grabbed and flagged once it arrived in the United States. Product was destroyed and only received a refund. Definitely don’t go to this company if it’s a limited edition plush like mine was. Only upside was receiving a refund.

Makeship definitely has one of the greatest customer service experiences I've had to deal with. I had a shipping issue that caused USPS to seize my package and Makeship worked quickly to send me a replacement on an already super limited plush. Marnelle was the one to help me and they are THE best representative they have! They helped me through the entire process and gave me very helpful status updates all the way until I received my replacement plushie, and they were super kind the whole time. I'm definitely a happy customer.

I worked with Marnelle when my daughter’s order was shipped and didn’t arrive. After reaching out to neighbors and the post office, Marnelle assisted me in getting a replacement. Communication was professional and much appreciated. Ultimately, we received the item and we are happy with what we got!

A wonderful team member called Judith helped me. I had had scrambled to pay at the 11th hour & then failed to save a copy of the receipt. Having no proof of purchase was stressful. A simple email to the team had this sorted out within 48 hours. Thank you Makeship & thank you Judith!

Support was extremely helpful and even apologized for a late ticket answer, even though I assumed that with "business weeks" only spanning Monday to Friday they would be later to respond. They gave me multiple solutions to one problem and made it extremely easy to understand.

I received a refund to original payment method, I can't find on the website what card that is but either way I no longer have access to that card so in the end im not receiving a refund. My child is crying because she never got her limited edition plush, im not getting my money back and theres no way to effectively contact the company responsible. They didn't even ask me if I want a credit or a refund so now im out 50 bucks and have a miserable child because of this company I will never order from again.

Was previously serviced and had a good interaction with customer service. Currently however, I have tried to have a follow up to the previous one and have not had a response in nearly over a week despite reaching out multiple times. Unsure if i will have my issue resolved soon due to this delay.
update: Was refunded my order due to exceeding the delivery timeframe, so atleast my money was refunded. Will be very unlikely that I return to purchase a product from them.

My order was seized by USPS because makeship used counterfeit postage. I have submitted multiple tickets with Makeship so they can fix it and have received no response.
My son was really looking forward to receiving the plush.

I was in utter shambles thinking I had lost 3 plushes after I had eagerly awaited months for them to arrive. I had made a mistake with my address and thought the plushies would be lost forever due to my own mistake and was devastated. When Bessie responded saying they'd provide a replacement free of charge I was absolutely over the moon. Makeship is an incredible company that truly uplifts small communities and independent artists which is something rare to find these days. I'm an avid shopper and have ordered many plushes from them before, all in incredible quality— perfect to hug and to hold. Their customer service is truly the best, and I cannot wait to purchase more plushies from them in the future!

Their customer service was wonderful!
The courier lost my package in their network, and since the items are made against a specific number of pre-orders I was expecting that I'd never see them. but after I reached out to their customer service team they had me sorted with replacements sent by a different courier within a few days.
Just a really wonderful experience that left me very happy with them.
